The assignment is to design the entire park from Akersgata in the west to Møllergata in the east, as well as over the portal to Ring 1, total 12,950 m2. Furthermore, it is a part of the construction of the first part of the park that runs from Akersgata to grubbegata, total 9,200 m2. Construction of part 2 of the park from Grubbegata to Møllergata, as well as over the portal to Ring 1, is included as an option. Other parts of the outdoor areas in the New Government Quarter project are also included as options. The same applies to the establishment of the run-down ramp, bicycle parking and contracts for operation, maintenance and care. Project New Government Block Kjeller 2 with an option for the E-block - Qualification
Statsbygg is entering into a project stage 2 of the Project New Government Block contract for a turnkey contract with interaction for K212 Kjeller 2 with an option for the E-block.Kjeller 2 includes the basement in a zone between the A-block and Ring 1 and Møllergata. The area is approx. 10,000 m2. Kjeller 2 shall be constructed in the extension of the basement established in construction stage 1 and in a completed blasted, secured and sealed construction pit established by Veidekke via their contract for Ring 1 with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The basement areas include operational functions, areas for handling goods and waste, bicycle parking/cloakrooms, a basement under E-block and a rotund area for access to areas in Basement 2 and areas established in construction stage 1. Kjeller 2 can access via a culvert from Møllergata. The bicycle parking shall be established in a zone over Ring 1 after the Norwegian Public Roads Administration has altered (lowered) Ring 1.Over K212 Basement 2, park and urban areas shall be constructed in contract K213 The agreement includes the following options: E-block Adapted technical and structural furnishing of the E-basement for a possible E-block route areas around the E-block Service agreements Transverse systems. Framework agreement Electro - NEW COMPETITION
The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for trade services within electrician services, as well as give the contracting authority access to a professionally good and financially sensible service. The framework agreement shall cover fixed inspections of electrical installations, emergency lights and fire alarm systems. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts that are listed below. Sub-contracts 1 - 3 are divided in accordance with buildings. Sub-contract 4 applies for electrician services that are not included in sub-contracts 1 - 3. Which buildings are included in sub-contracts 1 - 3 can be seen under point 4.11, as well as annex 1. The size of the assignments within the above mentioned discipline can vary in extent. The work assignments can be for a short or long time. There can be individual assignments or several connected assignments. There will, however, also be the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the tenderer has the material necessary for the execution of the assignment in question. Although the procurement comprises some material, emphasis is put on the fact that this contract does not give any exclusiveness on the delivery of such material, and that the Contracting Authority is not otherwise obliged to procure materials from the service provider. The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement supplier for major work on construction projects and/or special assignments if the contract supplier is unable to meet the contracting authority ́s needs. As major work, individual assignments with a cost framework will be seen as NOK 100,000 excluding VAT and in the case where the total assignment includes several sub-contracts. Evje and Hornnes municipalities reserve the right to use special competence on some deliveries if this has clear advantages. The contracting authority ́s self-management work will take precedence over external suppliers. MOST FOOTBRIDGE: New connection of the city, landscape and the lake
The subject of the competition is a design for a new pedestrian and cycle bridge that will overcome the historically formed barrier between the town of Most and the new landscape of Lake Most, created by the convergence of road infrastructure, railway and tram lines, and the modified riverbed of the Bílina river. The aim is not only to physically connect the two parts of the city, but also to symbolically and mentally reunite them. The footbridge is set to become a key element of a new urban axis connecting the city centre, the museum, the recreational area around the lake and the site near the relocated Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary; at the same time, it will become a significant architectural landmark and a new gateway to the city when approaching from Litvínov. The competition brief also includes a proposal for the surrounding public spaces in front of the footbridge. On the town side, a new Museum Park is to be created – a dignified forecourt for the museum which, in synergy with cultural institutions and memorial sites, will form a high-quality urban space with significant landscape, recreational and social value. On the lake side, competition entries are to propose a landscape connection and pedestrian and cycle links between the footbridge and Lake Most, and to design a clear and attractive entry point to this area. The site is divided into sections. The subject of the subsequent tender is the complete project documentation of the footbridge itself, including the approach areas, and the new Museum Park. At a conceptual level, the competition entries should explore the possibility of creating a wider linear park connecting the Museum and also the State District Archives, as well as a concept for a landscape connection towards Lake Most. The aim is to create a coherent, clear and long-term sustainable framework for the gradual transformation of this key area. The aim of the competition is to treat the site as a single entity and to select a single multidisciplinary team to design both the footbridge and the park. However, where justified, the jury may decide to select two separate winners, which may lead to two subsequent separate Negotiated procedures without prior publication (JRBU) for the footbridge and the park.
