The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) is planning the procurement of a new framework agreement for communication services. The tentative announcement of the tender contest is Q2/Q3 2026. FMA would thus like to obtain information from the market in the form of a market survey so that the competition hits the market in the best possible way. We hope that relevant suppliers will contribute to this by answering the questions in writing that are listed in the Market Survey point 3. Responses to the market dialogue are to be sent as an annex via the communication module in Mercell by 11.05.2026 at 12 o'clock. After this date feedback will be received, but the tenderer cannot expect to be considered.

The National Transport Authority (the “NTA”) wishes to advise the market of its intent to commence a competition to establish a Contract for the Provision of Programme Oversight and Assurance team services in relation to the MetroLink Programme. The NTA intends to commence this procurement procedure within the next two (2) months. The estimated value of the contract is likely to be €55,000,000 over a ten year period. The value of the Contract may be higher or lower than this value stated. The services are primarily intended for the provision of programme management services, inclusive of a full-time core Programme Oversight and Assurance Team based in the Authority’s offices, in relation to the MetroLink Programme Dublin.
