The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The delivery includes the following: 1) Hire of coffee machines with stable operation over time including the procurement of coffee, cocoa, other ingredients and other consumables. 2) Hire of water dispensers that filter and cool water (with and without carbon dioxide) with stable operation over time. The delivery will include the delivery of CO2 cartridges.

The aim of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of coffee machines and water dispensers. The contract shall also include the procurement of the accompanying consumables, as well as service agreements.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer for coffee services, where 12 coffee machines shall be available in Riksrevisjonen ́s office premises in Oslo, Storgata 16. The contract also includes a service contract that includes, among other things, servicing at fixed intervals and determining the terms for repairs. Tenderers shall also deliver coffee and other ingredients.
A contract shall be signed with one supplier of coffee services (machines and ingredients), where 14 coffee machines shall be put at their disposal in Riksrevisjonen ́s office premises in Oslo, Storgata 16. In addition a service contract shall be signed with the same tenderer who covers service visits at fixed intervals and determines the conditions for repairs.
