Vestibular rotary chair for the Øre-nasal-throat department at Helse Stavanger HF
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the procurement of 1 vestibular rotary chair for the Øre-nasal-throat department at Helse Stavanger HF. The rotary chair shall be delivered complete with safety equipment (belts). The contract shall include an option for the following: - Service, cf. Annex 9 - Overview of service levels. - Service course - E-learning programme (if offered) - Video glasses with accompanying software for intended use - Other software modules - Dicom licence code (if relevant) - Pads for offered glasses - Moving the rotary chair to the new hospital - Other lifetime costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kits). The options can be KPI-adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2 and shall be valid for as long as the rotary chair is in use. Option on e-learning, other software modules, dicom licence code, pads for the offered spectacle system, moving the rotary chair to the new hospital and other lifecycle costs are not included in the total cost evaluation. The rotary chair shall be used for 1) examination of patients with position vertigo, e.g. benign paroxysmal position vertigo (BPPV/crystal psyche) and 2) treatment of BPPV with controlled reposition manoeuvres. It is advantageous that the rotary chair is movable between different examination rooms in order to use the room and personnel capacity in the hospital in the best possible way. Procurement of belts
The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreement for belts within the following sub-area: Lot 1 - BELT, GALLA, GOLD/SILVER, ARMY AND BELT, PARADE, GOLD/SILVER, AIR BELT, PAINT, ARMY/AIR BELT, PARADE,SABELGEHENG, SJØDELområde 2 -BELT, PARADE, SCARF, OF, HMQ BELT, PARADE, WEB, WHITE, SEA BRACES, WHITE, F.BUTTONS, ALL Both sub areas have in addition two (2) service elements, a part for the development of new products equivalent to those in the product portfolio, and a part for the development of product drawings, as stated in the price items in Annex D Price Matrix.'The procurement ́s value and duration of the procurement ́s two lots/sub-contracts has a total estimated value of NOK 13,500,000 excluding VAT and has a total maximum amount of NOK 16,500,000 excluding VAT. This is distributed between the sub areas in the following way: The estimated value for sub-area 1 amounts to NOK 10,500,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum amount is NOK 12,900,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value for lot 2 is NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum amount is NOK 3,600,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use according to the contracting authority ́s best judgement. The estimate does not involve any obligations to withdrawals or procurements over the Framework agreement. These can particularly vary depending on the completed exercises, indentation etc. during the contract period. The framework agreement period is 4 years. PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Agency for Education is responsible for the design, execution and return of municipal tests, Oslo tests, in different disciplines/skills at a selection stage in primary and secondary schools. As a part of the work on design, quality assurance, implementation and return of results from the Oslo tests, the Agency for Education wants to enter into an agreement with a professional environment that will be responsible for science from the school year 2026/2027 until the end of the school year 2028/2029 with an option for up to two years. Background The Agency for Education (UDE) has a trial and follow-up plan that is included in a comprehensive work for on-the-go assessment and follow-up of the Students in Oslo. The plan is a part of UDE's system for following up requirements in the law and regulations, including the national quality assessments. The aim of the system is to contribute to quality development in primary and secondary education and increased learning outcomes for the pupils. In addition to regular underway evaluations in the class room, tests and mappings provide useful information on the pupils ́ competence and areas of development. This information shall be actively used by pupils, teachers and school managers to promote learning and ensure early efforts. The trial and follow-up plan includes both governmental tests (government mapping samples and national tests) and municipal tests (Oslo samples). Oslo tests apply for pupils in the 4th and 7th years. These are implemented electronically and re-developed each year. Only one test will be carried out for years 2-5, but the contracting authority has an option for a sample no. 2. Mission UDE would like a professional environment that shall be responsible for the municipal tests in the discipline of rnaturfag. The Consultant shall develop, analyse and follow up the tests in accordance with the requirements in this annex. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value is based on historical data and the expected future need, and includes options. The Promotion of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Programme (PREEEP) through its Skills and Market development component aims to strengthen state and private actors in their role as drivers of Market Development for Renewable Energy (RE)and Energy Efficiency (EE) in Uganda. The contractor is required to support players such as Energy Auditing Professionals, demand side energy consuming enterprises and energy managers. The support shall be in the form of training and technical assistance for access to finance as well as standardization for improving the quality of work. Through this tender, blended training shall be extended to demand side energy consuming enterprises to enable adopt energy management practices while ensuring business development growth. Operators and owners of SMEs will be trained on energy management practices and business development related aspects. The trainings are to be tailored from a baseline and needs assessment focusing on training needs and potential energy management practices that can be adopted in an SME cluster approach. Follow on support includes technical assistance inform energy audits to enable selected SMEs (through a criterion developed by GIZ PREEEP) access existing financing in the sector including PREEEP catalytic partial grant supporting implementation RE/EE measures. Further training shall be extended to energy managers from industry regarding Energy Management systems (EnMs) with reference to the ISO 50001 standard. The energy managers will be able to learn approaches for adopting EnMs to build capacity towards compliance towards any future regulatory requirements. To improve the standardization of energy audits, promote quality of audit reports in the sector, practical training shall be extended to energy auditing professionals to skill them towards developing investment grade energy audit reports. Technical assistance shall be provided in form of the development of a customized reporting framework that includes template(s) / structures and data analysis tool(s) to improve reporting and be able to develop comprehensive reports that can be used by demand side energy-consuming enterprises to seek for financing as well meet any regulatory requirements. Based on this background, GIZ PREEEP would therefore like to hire the services of a contractor to implement the different market development interventions and work packages. The following requirements apply to the test bench needed to operate hydrogen-powered fuel cell systems at ZAL: -The size of the expected test objects will be minimum 4 m x 1 m x 1.5 m (L x W x H). The test bench shall therefore consist of a climate and altitude chamber, the necessary aggregates to operate the fuel cell system and a ready-to-use operators user interface. -The climate and altitude chamber shall be able to simulate temperature, pressure and humidity according to International Standard Atmosphere (ISA) with a rate of change equivalent to 2.800 ft/min. -Aggregates to operate the fuel cell system shall include but are not limited to a balance of plant power supply, an electric load, a hydrogen supply system, a cooling system and an air system for the supply of the fuel cell systems cathode path. -All operational parts shall be controlled via a ready-to-use semi-automated central control system which allows the customer to run scripted test procedures as well as to use single operating points. -All legal and regulatory requirements for an operation in Europe, Germany and the city of Hamburg must be applied. -ZAL already operates supply infrastructures for hydrogen, process air, power supply etc., which will be extended to supply the test bench. The extension of the supply infrastructure is not part of this tender. Output 3 focuses on strengthening the technical, managerial, and financial capacities of MSMEs through structured training, coaching and mentoring, access to financial support, and market linkages. Entrepreneurs are supported to establish or expand their businesses, improve productivity and incomes, and create employment opportunities. In parallel, local Business Development Service (BDS) providers are capacitated to sustainably deliver high-quality services to MSMEs. In all measures under Output 3, the different realities of IDPs, refugees and returnees-particularly women and persons with disabilities-are taken into account. In addition, the acquisition of professional skills relevant to environmental protection, climate action and climate-smart agriculture is prioritised in the output. Objective and Scope of the Assignment The objective of this assignment is to build the capacity of 70 existing agribusiness SMEs to expand their operations, improve working conditions and incomes, and contribute to employment creation in underserved areas of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI).
