The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) is responsible for entering into contracts on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces. Including an agreement for the delivery of solid and liquid dairies. Bergen municipality shall procure a new trade system for collection. The aim of the procurement is to have a collection system in place that contributes to more efficient work processes and that provides the possibility for development in accordance with needs and requirements within this management area. A contract is planned for ongoing service procurements over the internet (as-a-service delivery). The contracting authority invites tenderers to a dialogue with the market prior to the competition. The contracting authority will conduct dialogues 28 and 29 April. 1:1 meetings will be held and the meeting will be held for approx. 1 hour. We would like answers to the questions described below in the dialogue. We would like suppliers to make and send over a PowerPoint presentation with questions and answers ahead of the dialogue meeting in order to reduce the time. Prior information notice: Driving licence training class C1 Nordlandssykehuset HF
Sykehusinnkjøp HF shall, on behalf of the Ambulance Service at Nordland Hospital, procure driver's licence training for class C1. Approx. 60 employees require such training. We would like tenderers to offer training at 2-3 geographical locations, for example Bodø, Sortland and Gravdal. The planned start-up for the training is January 2027, and the implementation/delivery will continue until all the relevant employees have completed the driving licence training in class C1. It is a prerequisite that there is a plan for the implementation of the training by October 2026. The market dialogue will clarify whether there is a need for 1 award or division into several local sub-contracts. The market dialogue will be held in week 17 via Teams. Parallel framework agreements for electrical services in water and wastewater installations.
The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authorities, Drammen Municipality and Glitrevannverket, have access to electrical services for water and wastewater facilities. The framework agreement shall cover the need for electrical services for water and wastewater installations, including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation services, alterations, documentation in the form of drawings and electronic documentation, declarations of conformity, programming of sensors and process equipment, and general work on low-voltage installations up to 1000 V. The framework agreement also includes inspections of electrical installations in water and wastewater installations. The scope of the agreement may include both large and small assignments and projects. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three (3) tenderers. This notice serves as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and is not a call for competition. A call for competition may be issued in Q3 2026. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is planning to invite submissions from companies and organisations possessing the necessary expertise and capacity to deliver Minor Works for Transport Infrastructure Ireland. This process represents a preliminary step toward the potential initiation of a formal tendering procedure, with the aim of establishing a Multi‑Supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works. The anticipated scope of the Framework may include the supply and installation of associated materials and delivery of general minor building, repair, maintenance, upgrade works and various mitigation related works. These may encompass activities such as building fabric repairs, carpentry and joinery, painting and making‑good, minor structural repairs, insulation improvements, electrical and plumbing works, accessibility upgrades; temporary works design (by the Contractor where required) to support the safe execution of the works; supply and installation of branded hoarding and signage (subject to TII branding requirements to be specified in any future documentation); supply and installation of temporary or permanent fencing and netting, noise barriers with acoustic properties, replacement glazing, glazing upgrades, whole window replacements including frames and minor external works including remediations to boundary walls, fences, railing and hard landscape activities. The briefing will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams. The briefing lasts about 1.5 hours. The attendees will be provided with the material from the briefing and a voluntary electronic questionnaire to be completed. The electronic questionnaire is described in more detail below under “ELECTRONIC QUESTIONNAIRE”. The client will arrange one-to-one dialogues related to the passenger boarding bridge contract (A) with up to six (6) economic operators, and one-to-one dialogues related to the ramp contracts (B+C) with up to six (6) economic operators. The duration of an individual one-to-one dialogue is a maximum of 1.5 hours. The client will select the economic operators for the one-to-one dialogues in accordance with the following selection criteria: a) sufficient turnover to carry out the respective contracts; and b) sufficient technical competence corresponding to the implementation of the respective contracts (to be demonstrated with reference information by responding to the electronic questionnaire). One-to-one dialogues will be organised at the client’s premises in Helsinki (remote participation is possible where necessary). The recommended maximum number of participants in the one-to-one dialogues is five (5) persons per economic operator. The one-to-one dialogues are divided into two rounds, of which the second round will be held if necessary.
