Limerick City and County Council in partnership with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) propose to carry out the procurement, construction and implementation phases of the Foynes to Limerick Road (including Adare Bypass). The Foynes to Limerick Road (including Adare Bypass) comprises the construction of approx. 15.6km dual carriageway and approx. 17.5km motorway (approx. 33km long) and all ancillary works. The Consultant shall be required to carry out and fulfil the duties of Independent Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) in respect of all enabling works and advance contracts being carried out in advance of the main construction contract for the Foynes to Limerick Road (Including Adare Bypass) road Project. The successful Tenderer will be appointed as Independent PSCS in respect of the planned enabling and advanced works.

Supply of equipment – EV Chargers
The contract concerns the supply, delivery, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of six fast electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the SouthEast of North Macedonia, to be installed in the municipalities of Strumica, Gevgelija, Valandovo, Radovish, Dojran and Novo Selo. The charging stations shall be supplied in accordance with the technical specifications defined in the tender documentation and shall fully comply with all applicable EU safety, technical and performance standards. Each charging station will be mounted on an appropriate concrete foundation and connected to the electrical grid, including all necessary civil, electrical and auxiliary works required for full operational readiness. The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to: • Supply, delivery and installation of the EV charging stations with the technical characteristics defined in the tender specifications; • construction of foundation bases for each charging station; • electrical connection works, including cable lines, disconnection boxes and all required protective elements; • installation of vehicle stop elements and vertical and horizontal traffic signage and markings related to the charging points; • testing and commissioning of the installed equipment to ensure safe and proper operation. The contractor shall also provide training for designated local personnel on the operation and routine maintenance of the charging stations, as well as warranty coverage and aftersales support throughout the warranty period. All required documentation, certificates of conformity, technical manuals and asbuilt documentation must be delivered to ensure correct use, maintenance and longterm functionality of the equipment. Delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the charging stations must be completed within the timelines defined in the project implementation schedule. The charging infrastructure is intended to promote sustainable transport, encourage lowcarbon mobility and contribute to the development of regional electric vehicle infrastructure.

Establishment of a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Urban Design & Infrastructure Planning (UDIP)
The LDA has recently established a Land Activation Team (LAT) within the wider LDA Property Function. The role of the LAT is to support the unlocking and enablement of large, complex regeneration and/or urban expansion sites. The LDA will seek to conduct extensive due diligence, feasibility analysis, capacity testing, and preparation of appropriate plans (Framework Plans, Masterplans, detailed planning schemes etc.) on these sites together with the provision of infrastructure planning, phasing and delivery and economic modelling. Delivery of new high-quality communities and places to live, work and play with an emphasis on high quality urban design and placemaking will be a central consideration. Equally, ensuring financial sustainability, viability and deliverability will be critical considerations in all schemes. The first award of the new established Framework will be for the Lands owned by the LDA at Lissenhall, Swords, Co. Dublin. The LDA proposes to appoint a multidisciplinary, urban‑design‑led consultancy team to prepare a comprehensive baseline assessment, preliminary capacity/framework plan and a detailed Masterplan and Infrastructure Delivery Framework for approximately 96 hectares of land at Lissenhall, Swords, Co. Dublin. The overall aim will be to produce a deliverable, infrastructure‑led Masterplan and statutory‑grade Infrastructure Delivery Plan that supports large‑scale, mixed‑use and/or residential development, integrated infrastructure provision, sustainability outcomes, and long‑term stewardship with the identification of a potential Phase 1 development area. This shall be based on evidence, statutory and infrastructure constraints, and programme logic to be validated through the relevant statutory and LDA governance processes. This notice serves as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and is not a call for competition. A call for competition may be issued in Q3 2026. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is planning to invite submissions from companies and organisations possessing the necessary expertise and capacity to deliver Minor Works for Transport Infrastructure Ireland. This process represents a preliminary step toward the potential initiation of a formal tendering procedure, with the aim of establishing a Multi‑Supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works. The anticipated scope of the Framework may include the supply and installation of associated materials and delivery of general minor building, repair, maintenance, upgrade works and various mitigation related works. Tender for a Construction Agreement regarding Passing Tracks Kalvebod (Sub-project 2) Track and Catenary
On 4 April 2024, the Danish Parliament adopted the Act on the Upgrade of the Øresund Rail-way, which provides that two passing tracks shall be constructed at Kalvebod. A/S Øresund has been tasked by the Ministry of Transport to carry out the project 'Passing Track Kalvebod’. Several preliminary studies have been conducted to date, and material relating thereto is available at: https://sundogbaelt.dk/forbindelser/overhalingsspor/. The project thus comprises the establishment of two new tracks parallel to the two existing tracks. The project also includes a reconstruction of the Hammelstrupvej Bridge to accommodate four tracks instead of the current two tracks, and the replacement of two footbridges over the railway. The two new tracks shall have new catenary systems installed consisting of cantilever masts covering both tracks. The current neutral section shall also be relocated and pumping station 2 shall undergo certain modifications to make room for the new tracks. Sheet piling shall be installed along the entire stretch to retain the embankment and provide space for the two new tracks. The Passing Tracks Kalvebod project is being implemented in two sub-projects: Sub-project 1 “Structures and Civil Works” (“SP1”) and Sub-project 2 ”Track and Catenary” (“SP2”). SP1 comprises earthworks, drainage, structures and high-voltage installations (civil and construction works). SP2 comprises track and catenary (railway infrastructure). The execution of SP1 has been tendered as a separate design and build contract. The Contracting Entity has entered into a contract with the design and build contractor, and the works under that con-tract are ongoing. This tender concerns the contract regarding SP2, which comprises track and catenary (rail-way infrastructure). The activities in SP2 build upon the works carried out by the contractor for SP1. The project's safety objective is to maintain the existing safety level. A/S Øresund is the project owner and entity in charge of maintenance, whilst Banedanmark is the infrastructure manager. The tender procedure will be conducted as the competitive procedure with negotiation pursuant to Directive 2014/25/EU (the Utilities Directive).
