Ausschreibungsbeschreibung
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (later referred to as ”STM”) and the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (later referred to as "THL" or “Customer” ) request your tender for Diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, polio and Haemophilus influenzae type b (DTaP-IPV+Hib) vaccine, required for the vaccinations in the National Immunisation Program in Finland. The contract period is one (1) year during 2027 - 2028. The procurement contains three (3) one (1) -year contract period renewals (1 + 1 + 1) to extend the contract for the years 2029, 2030 and 2031. Estimated quantity for the contract period including contract period renewals is 560,000 doses. Customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the ordered numbers of doses by up to 20%. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition. The most economically advantageous Tender shall be a Tender with lowest price. Please note that all times given in the Call for Tender refer to local time in Finland. Bank of Finland (also ”Contracting Entity”, “BoF” or ”Customer”) is inviting candidates to leave a request to participate for a procurement of Time series data analytics service. The object of the procurement is the renewal or partial replacement of the Bank of Finland's internally developed data and analytics service, the time series system. THE OBJECT OF THE TENDER PROCESS The object of the procurement is DUV Stepper 200 mm. The technical specification of the object of the tender and its minimum requirements is described in more detail in this Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. The tendered Tool must comply with all technical properties and functionalities, performance specifications and acceptance criteria as set out in Annex 1 and Annex 2 (“Facilities, materials and connector types”). A tender which does not meet one or more of the requirements specified in the Annex 1 and Annex 2, may be rejected for failing to comply with the call for tenders. The comparison criterion for the tenders is economic advantageous (see section "Grounds for decision") with 80 % price weighting and 20 % quality weighting.
