Travel agency services
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for travel agency services in order to ensure a versatile, cost efficient and adapted system for the Defence sector ́s different users. Tenderers shall provide all types of travel agency services with particular focus on the booking portal and customer team for personal service. The contracting authority ́s organisation consists of different entities with different needs and the supplier shall function as a hub for the contracting authority ́s total travel activities, including official journeys, transport and commuter journeys as well as sailor journeys as needed. Travel activities are supporting the Norwegian Defence ́s operative ability and the sector's travel volume is expected to increase in line with the Contracting Authority's organic growth. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 140 million excluding VAT. The maximum value is up to NOK 210 million excluding VAT, including material options stated in Annex B point 2.3 for the contract period. The Royal Danish Embassy, Kenya, has entered into a contract regarding the following services: 1. Conduct financial audits of the Danida PHC programme in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and Appendix 1 2. Plan and perform procedures related to compliance audits 3. Plan and perform procedures related to performance audits The Consultant is expected to perform audits on PHC for financial year 25/26, including spill over from 24/25 and financial year 26/27. The purpose of the audits is to confirm that Danida PHC programme funds have been used for the intended purposes, and in an efficient and economical manner in line with the financing covenants between Danida and GOK and relevant financial regulations and guidelines. The Consultant shall review and report on whether the financial statements of the funded activities present fairly, in all material respects, revenues received, costs incurred, and commodities and technical assistance directly procured under the programme for the period audited in conformity with the terms of the agreements and generally accepted accounting principles or other comprehensive basis of accounting. As such, the objective of the financial audits and performed procedures related to compliance and performance audits are: 1. To form an opinion on whether the annual financial statements are prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with established financial guidelines for reporting. 2. To enable the RDE to determine whether funds disbursed have been used in compliance with, and in all material respects with, all applicable laws and agreements covering the Danida PHC programme. 3. To enable the RDE to determine whether funds disbursed have been spent in an economical way, in all material respects, and to obtain reasonable assurance whether the systems, processes and transactions examined support the exercise of sound, transparent and accountable financial management in the administration of the funds granted by the RDE. 4. In respect of the compliance and performance audits, it is not a requirement that these be performed against any specific international standards, but Kenyan accounting principles for government expenditures must be followed, as well as International Standards for Auditing.

Office of Public Works (OPW) wishes to appoint an Integrated Interpretation Team that shall be responsible for providing all the necessary consultancy services for Stage (I) Preliminary Design to Stage (V) Handover of Works. The following disciplines are relevant to this project: • Interpretive Design Services • Interpretive Research services • Project Management Services • Graphic Design Services • AV / Film Technical Design Services • Procurement services • Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Services • PSDP Services • Script Writing The Integrated Interpretative Team will be responsible for providing all interpretive and associated construction/fitout-related technical advice and design services to the OPW Client for the Project. The Consultant will be required to provide all necessary services including the Stage Services, described below and elsewhere in the contract. The Integrated Interpretation Team shall be required to consult and liaise with all affected stakeholders to facilitate timely design and construction/fitout of the works and to minimise impacts on those affected. The Integrated Interpretative Design Team shall comprise of all the disciplines necessary to achieve this objective. As noted in 4.3.9.1, It is expected that within the team there will be a Specialist AV / Film Advisor available to provide advice to the team during all stages of the design and fit out process. The Integrated Interpretative Design Team shall comprise of all the disciplines necessary to achieve this objective. The Team shall be led by an Interpretative designer with a track record of successfully carrying out similar works. Interpretive Research services need to include (a named) suitably qualified person able to collate/and or undertake subject matter research feeding into interpretative design, narrative development and Script Writing. The Team may be formed by a single consultant with in-house specialists or may be a group of consultants who have combined to form a team. In the latter case the Team Leader shall be an Interpretative designer who shall be clearly identified in their Tender Submission as the Lead Tenderer and shall be the entity that enters into a contract with OPW for the delivery of the Services. Other Team members shall be sub-consultants to the Lead Tenderer. Note - The cost of the works will be required to align with the available budgets. The consultant shall refine / revise designs as necessary during the lifetime of the project to achieve this, in consultation with OPW.
