Alta municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest without negotiations for a framework agreement for the procurement of furniture and fixtures for offices. The aim is to establish a framework agreement with a furniture supplier who ensures access to environmentally friendly furniture of high quality, with a focus on sustainability and that has a long lifetime. The offered products shall have good functionality and user friendliness, and be suitable for the public entities included in this agreement. Furthermore, the products must have a clean and timeless design that fits into every working environment. The products shall be universally designed, i.e. the products for general use shall be designed so that all persons shall be able to use them. Furthermore, the products shall have good ergonomics and comfort. The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for one year at a time for a further two years. Framework agreement - Head lamps for Helse Bergen HF
New notice - Changes have been made in the requirement specification, annex 2. The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of head lights for Helse Bergen HF. Intended use: Head lamps shall be used for examinations and treatment of patients with different conditions on the face, nose and oral cavity. There will be a need for use both outpatients, surgically and at the patient ́s bed. The use can be both short term and for long periods, and the head lights must therefore be suitable for varied and long term use. The estimated number of head lamps that shall be procured in the agreement period of four (4) years is sixty (60) units. The maximum number that can be procured under the contract shall not exceed fifty percent (30%) beyond the estimated number. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. Framework agreement for the purchase of security products
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for physically securing the foreign stations. The procurement shall cover the foreign stations ́needs for complete solutions for lock doors and expedition fields, as well as security doors (referred to as security products). The procurement shall ensure robust, standardised and reliable systems that safeguard both operation and safety requirements in the entrance and exit areas as well as zone divisions. Bulletproof sluices and expeditionary fields are used in the perimeter between public areas and offices. Emergency exits are to be secured with steel safety doors with fire classification. In addition the office premises are divided into security zones that are separated by solid security doors. In addition there can be a need to supplement and replace parts for the existing security products. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs intends to enter into a framework agreement for security products that cover this need. One framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The framework agreement will be non-exclusive. The procurement ́s value is estimated to NOK 6 million excluding VAT per annum, in addition there will be freight costs estimated to NOK 600,000 per annum. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is only an estimate based on previous years and it can vary depending on need. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 35 million excluding VAT.
