The contract is for the provision of a service for IT security monitoring and event management. The procurement includes establishment, operation and maintenance of services for security monitoring of the contracting authority ́s environment. As well as logging collection and handling of security threats.
The objective of this Call for Tenders is to award a Contract to a successful tenderer for the provision of an off-site Security Operations Center (SOC) to provide continuous (24/7) advanced security monitoring and detection function over the EIB Group’s IT Security infrastructure, as well as off-site Incident Response (IR) services to prepare for, detect, contain, and recover from (possible) data breaches that could interrupt the EIB Groups processes
