The delivery schedule for this unit is 31.3.2029 In addition, the procurement includes eight (8) optional power transformers ("Optional Delivery") and an option to procure spare parts ("Optional Spare Parts"). Two of these optional transformer units are to be delivered in 2029, preliminarily 30.6.2029 and 30.9.2029 and will be clarified in the invitation to tender documents. The maximum weight of the transformer transport weight without oil has been reduced to 240 000 kg due to problems with bridge load bearing capacities and aging infrastructure.

This notice serves as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and is not a call for competition. A call for competition may be issued in Q3 2026. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is planning to invite submissions from companies and organisations possessing the necessary expertise and capacity to deliver Minor Works for Transport Infrastructure Ireland. This process represents a preliminary step toward the potential initiation of a formal tendering procedure, with the aim of establishing a Multi‑Supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works. The anticipated scope of the Framework may include the supply and installation of associated materials and delivery of general minor building, repair, maintenance, upgrade works and various mitigation related works. These may encompass activities such as building fabric repairs, carpentry and joinery, painting and making‑good, minor structural repairs, insulation improvements, electrical and plumbing works, accessibility upgrades; temporary works design (by the Contractor where required) to support the safe execution of the works; supply and installation of branded hoarding and signage (subject to TII branding requirements to be specified in any future documentation); supply and installation of temporary or permanent fencing and netting, noise barriers with acoustic properties, replacement glazing, glazing upgrades, whole window replacements including frames and minor external works including remediations to boundary walls, fences, railing and hard landscape activities. We would like to use the procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for pipes and pipe parts within water and sewage and HVAC and sanitation. The tenderer shall be a full assortment wholesaler of pipes and pipe fittings for use within water and sewage and HVAC and sanitation, in accordance with the requirement specifications. Comments on the contract: Plastic manholes and fittings for manholes are a part of the agreement. The contracting authority can bypass the contract with the procurement of concrete manholes. The customer can bypass the contract for major project deliveries. This is when the products pipes and pipe parts make up a minimum of NOK 300,000, excluding VAT. The customer can bypass the contract with special orders, i.e. orders that are made, adapted or ordered according to the customer ́s specific wishes or needs. The Customer can leave the contract if the tenderer cannot deliver within maximum delivery times in accordance with the requirement specifications. Delivery deviations from the tenderer can be regulated in accordance with the contract. The contracting authority can bypass the contract for the procurement of an entire pumping stations/pressure boosting station. The Customer can leave the contract outside the contract where pipes and pipe fittings are only a part of the assignment where other service providers are responsible for the execution. E.g. excavation assignments, plumbing assignments, procurement of fire hydrant, establishment of emergency power generators for pressure increase stations/pumping stations etc. The customer can leave the contract in critical situations where the customer cannot wait for parts if the tenderer does not have them at local stores/times of crisis.

Hinkismäki Electrode boiler procurement
KSS Energia Oy (later "KSS" or "Procurement Unit") is planning the purchase of an electrode boiler to produce district heat. It is initially estimated that the electrode boiler plant will produce district heating with an output of approx. 40 MW. The procurement will cover also any relevant equipment, systems and procurements needed for fully functional and operational electrode boiler. Candidates should also note that, if higher quality water treatment system is needed by the electrode boiler, this water treatment system, including make-up water tank, pumps and all other necessary equipment to produce make-up water for the boiler is included in the scope of the Supplier . Any party participating in the procurement must note that the KSS 's electricity grid is subject to the following constraints: Supply voltage 10 kV IT, no neutral point available. The electrode boiler must withstand, at minimum, a short circuit current of 28 kA for 1 second (Ith). Fimpec Engineering Oy, a part of Sweco, is a consulting engineering company that provides qualified consulting services with a high knowledge content in Finland. Fimpec is working together with KSS to advance the project to a maturity level where investment decision can be made. The candidate shall ensure that the design, supply and erection of the electrode boiler shall fulfil the mandatory laws, regulations, norms and authority requirements which are applicable in Finland at the time of the delivery. In particular, the candidate should note that the electrode boiler must meet the requirements of the grid code specifications for demand connections (KJV2026), which are estimated to be in force at the time of delivery. The electrode boiler must be capable of participating in the Frequency Containment Reserves (FCR). Procurement of a wheeled excavator
Procurement of a wheeled excavator - SIMAS IKS SIMAS IKS shall enter into a contract for the delivery of a complete wheel excavator for operation at SIMAS ́ facility in Festingdalen, Kaupanger. The machine shall be prepared for use when delivering, including naudsynt documentation in Norwegian, training operators, function tests and acceptance tests. The procurement comprises a wheeled excavator in weight class approx. 18-20 tonnes, with functions, specifications and equipment as stated in Annex 1 - Requirement Specifications (Excel). This includes between the second engine Step V, hydraulics and control requirements, a safe lift system, driving comfort, light equipment, operational ownership, HSE requirements and options. All the technical and functional requirements in Annex 1 are binding minimum requirements. Tenderers shall offer a complete machine ready for operation, including training on the SIMAS basis, annual inspections and service during the guarantee period and a guaranteed response time for error handling and service, cf. the requirements in Annex 1. The delivery shall be carried out in DDP (Incoterms 2010) SIMAS Kaupanger. The competition was held as an open tender contest for negotiations in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) part III (above the EEA threshold). All communication and submission shall occur via KGV (Artifik). The qualification requirement shall be documented by ESPD in kgv, and it comprises legal establishment, economic and financial capacity, as well as technical and professional capacity, including relevant references and documented works ́stadnett in Vestland. The contract will be awarded based on the financially most advantageous tender based on the following criteria: Price (50%), Environment (20%), Quality and provision (20%) and Service and uptime (10%). The contract will benefit DFØ standard contract terms for the procurement of goods with or without assembly/installation, with the accompanying annexes. Annex 5 - Ethical requirements (DFØ) debts for the supplier chain and requirements in accordance with the OpenHeit Act. For this procurement, it is not a framework agreement. Delivery time: The machine shall be delivered 5 months after the contract has been signed. SIMAS requests all interested suppliers to ask questions via KGV, within the stated deadline.
