The assignment involves field work with collection of insects, DNA analyses and reporting results. The main aim is to monitor regional status and changes in the entire insect diversity in semi-natural land and forests. The programme shall develop indicators that can be included in determining the ecological condition.
Acquisition of a microplastic analysis instrument for chemical imaging and quantification of microplastics in water, wastewater, soil and food samples. The instrument should use quantum cascade laser direct infrared molecular imaging technology, analyse multiple size ranges simultaneously, provide rapid molecular imaging and spectral data, and include user-friendly software with data analysis packages for routine operations.
Framework agreement for laboratory services to analyze radioactive substances (alpha, beta, gamma) in soil, sediments, water, and biological samples.
