The purpose of the procurement is to meet the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority’s need for patient‑near rapid tests for manual reading. The Norwegian Health Network SF (NHN) is planning a procurement process for broadband access for small and medium sized locations. The accesses are used by members in the health network, service providers and entities in the central health management. The project seeks to establish a results-oriented governance model in selected municipalities in northern Mozambique by strengthening coordination and joint action between local and national actors, with the aim of improving municipal service delivery and fostering a more enabling environment for local economic development. The contracting authority for this competition is Sykehusinnkjøp HF, which is implementing the procurement on behalf of the University Hospital of North Norway Health Trust (UNN HF). The aim of the procurement is to enter into a service agreement with one or several tenderers for cleaning of good quality at UNN HF ́s ambulance stations, which shall keep the premises with further visually appealing and hygienically satisfactory.
