The Ministry Fellowship is facing a comprehensive relocation process to the New Government Block, which for several ministries involves the transfer of archive material from existing locations to the National Archives. The Archives have strict requirements as to which covers and archive boxes are certified for long-term storage of paper documents. It is, therefore, necessary to procure sleeves and boxes that comply with these requirements. The contracting authority would like the contract to come into force as soon as possible after the contract has been signed. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 3.5 million excluding VAT. The contract will have a maximum validity of up to NOK 5 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. Procurement of mail reception and scanning of documents for Nav's academic archive
The purpose of this acquisition is to ensure that Nav has a reliable and efficient scanning solution for the subject archive, which communicates with the underlying systems in Nav. The scanning solution will ensure that received documentation can be archived and made available for case processing as soon as possible. Scanning of subject mail is considered mission-critical because errors and delays will affect case processing and payments to users. Therefore, high demands are placed on production capacity, daily deliveries, efficiency, security and quality in the solution. Currently, approximately 1.3 million documents are scanned annually. We expect this number to be reduced in the coming years. Nav has ongoing measures that we expect will reduce scanned documents in subject areas that currently still have a high volume of scanning. These are subject areas that currently do not have digital channels for collaborators, e.g. in the field of assistive devices and follow-up. In the field of assistive devices, around 430,000 documents are currently scanned, while in the follow-up area just under a million documents are scanned. When digital channels are opened here in the coming years, we expect that scanning can be reduced by up to 500,000 documents in a short time in these two areas alone. The actors here are professional and digitally mature. The agreement will have a duration of 6 years from signing. The client has the option to extend the agreement for an additional 1 + 1 year.

Bergen municipality has a long-term need to strengthen capacity within 24 hour care services and would therefore like to enter into a cooperation with the Seller/Developer on the purchase and further development of a property. The aim is to facilitate the establishment of a modern nursing home with approx. 160-200 residential rooms, designed in accordance with the current requirements for quality, patient safety and future needs in the health and welfare sector. The project shall be carried out as a collaboration between Bergen municipality and the seller/developer. This means that the parties shall work together to ensure good technical, functional and economic solutions, as well as an appropriate progress. The interaction model facilitates to use both parties ́ competence early in the process, with the goal of developing a nursing home that gives residents, employees and relatives the best possible offer. Bergen municipality would like, through this procurement and cooperation, to contribute to the future orientated and effective development of the health and care services in the city.

Information on market dialogue and life cycle management of PCs and mobile telephones. The Ministries Digitalisation Organisation, hereafter called DIO, invites tenderers to a market dialogue on life cycle management of PCs and mobile telephones. About the Contracting Authority DIO was established 01.01.2025 and is the ministries' digitalisation organisation, under the Ministry of Digitalisation and Management. Our assignment is to strengthen the government and the ministries' ability to solve complex social assignments through secure technology, digitalisation and innovation. DIO delivers and operates a joint ICT platform and is responsible for, among other things, user service, digital communication channels such as regjeringen.no and intranet systems, archiving and case processing system, standardised digital interaction rooms, courses and training, event and media production. Current situation DIO is currently procuring and administering PCs for parts of the ministry community that are connected to the current joint ICT platform. DIO is affiliated to a government framework agreement for both the hire and purchase of PCs and has an approved product list (GPL) that applies to all ministries. Within a year the Ministry Fellowship will gather on a joint ICT platform. New life cycle management of PCs and mobile telephones. DIO is now in a process that examines the possibility for different procurement models of PCs, mobile telephones and accessories. The extent is estimated to be approx. 7,000 computers, 7,000 mobile telephones and approx. 3,500 tablets. In this review we would like to look at different route choices: •Purchase •Rent • PCs and mobile telephones as a service (DaaS). We look at laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile telephones in this market survey. In addition we would like to include basic computer accessories such as keyboards and mice, and headsets, screen protection and lids for mobile telephones. A prerequisite for success is standardising devices to keep the number of variants at a minimum level to reduce operational complexity, improve user experience, cost efficiently, improve information security, stand-by, and safeguard environmental considerations. DIO would like to combine the entire life cycle of units in one supplier relationship, as far as this is possible. This involves looking at the entire life cycle of the units. Dialogue with the market DIO hereby invites tenderers to a dialogue meeting with suppliers in the market. We would like a dialogue on how we can cover our needs through systems that are already available in the market and that are tested, which provide documented gains, both economically and environmentally. Emphasis is put on the fact that the objective of the dialogue is to obtain information on what systems are available in the market that cover the contracting authority ́s need for good life cycle management of PCs and mobile telephones. We will conduct the dialogue with the market through 1-1 meetings during May and June and this is an invitation to the market to contact us to register interest in such a meeting. Procurement of travel habit survey for national road ferry services.
The contracting authority would like tenders for a travel habit survey for the national road ferry connections. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for 16 national ferry services, which make up a central part of the national transport system. In addition to the existing ferry statistics, we have limited knowledge of who travels with the ferries and what needs they have. The last travel habit survey on the ferry was carried out in 2013 and updated insights are therefore required. In order to ensure an efficient, environmentally friendly and user friendly ferry offer, there is a need to supplement the current statistics with data on the ferry users ́ travel habits. The planned travel habit survey shall provide a comprehensive picture of travellers ́ purpose and need, contribute to a better decision basis for future contracts, competitive tendering and development of ferry services.

Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Waste and Recycling, hereafter called REG, invites tenderers to a market survey (RFI) in connection with the purchase of level meters in waste containers and containers. Level meters shall be procured and installed, primarily in surface containers and buried systems for cardboard and paper, but we also want to be able to use level meters in wheeled containers. Data from level meters shall be used for needs based emptying and route optimisation. Another relevant area of use for level meters or equivalent container mounted sensors is to be able to register the position and emptying as an alternative to RFID and vehicle mounted reading equipment.
