Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency wishes to map which climate and environment considerations related to energy use, energy efficiency and circular practices in data centres, that can be relevant to demand for future procurements of computer centre services. The purpose is to gain insight into how suppliers currently work with renewable energy, waste heat, energy efficiency and emission reporting, uncover regional and technical variations that can affect the delivery, and assess verifiability, available documentation and possible challenges in the making of requirement specification. The market survey is not binding, does not constitute a competition and the answers will not be used for qualification or evaluation in later procurement procedures. The information will only be used as decision support when designing requirements and criteria, and when following-up contracts. Tenderers are encouraged to respond as specifically as possible, but it is acceptable to state intervals, describe variations or account for limitations related to security, third party agreements or business sensitive information. Input on challenges and consequences with different requirements is particularly valuable. See the attached document for further questions and further information on this market survey. If there are questions for Norwegian Defence Material Agency when preparing answers to this market survey, we request that these are sent through the message function in Mercell. The deadline for submitting answers to the market survey, is set to 11th May 2026, 12:00. Replies are to be sent through the message function in Mercell.

Bergen municipality shall procure a new trade system for collection. The aim of the procurement is to have a collection system in place that contributes to more efficient work processes and that provides the possibility for development in accordance with needs and requirements within this management area. A contract is planned for ongoing service procurements over the internet (as-a-service delivery). The contracting authority invites tenderers to a dialogue with the market prior to the competition. The contracting authority will conduct dialogues 28 and 29 April. 1:1 meetings will be held and the meeting will be held for approx. 1 hour. We would like answers to the questions described below in the dialogue. We would like suppliers to make and send over a PowerPoint presentation with questions and answers ahead of the dialogue meeting in order to reduce the time. Request for information - Uniform and occupational footwear
Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian abbreviation PFT) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the National Police Directorate and the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. PFT is responsible for strategic procurement within the police sector, aiming to provide suitable products and services to the Norwegian Police, the Norwegian Correctional Service, and Norwegian Customs. Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA), the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (SVV) are also considering participation in this process. Consequently, this RFI includes perspectives and requirements to the diverse operational needs of these entities. PFT plans to announce a procurement of Uniform and occupational footwear in the third quarter of 2026 (Q3 2026). Prior to this, PFT is carrying out a RFI to get an overview of potential tenderers and how the market can cover the agencies ́needs. This is a request for information of a system that includes tools for both curriculum and schedule planning work in a university context. With this RFI Aalto University is seeking information on suppliers interested in delivering the services described. Aalto University is a foundation university as provided in the Universities Act (558/2009) and started operations at the beginning of 2010. Aalto has six schools and approximately 20 000 students, 4800 staff of which over 400 are professors. Aalto’s curriculum planning process involves our 3,100 academic staff members including 120 programme directors, supported by 100 curriculum planners in the learning services. The work covers over 80 degree programmes, 700 study modules and 3500 study units. Curriculum data is updated based on the length of the curriculum period, which is currently two academic years. Aalto’s scheduling process involves the aforementioned 3,100 academic staff members, 66 timetable planners, and 3 room booking system admins. The planning encompasses classes for 16 184 students in 250 spaces. With the forthcoming procurement and contract our goal is to establish a long-term partnership with a supplier who can cater to our evolving curriculum and schedule planning needs in alignment with our strategy in an agile manner. REQUIREMENT FOR THE SYSTEM CONTAINING CURRICULUM AND SCHEDULE PLANNING TOOLS Aalto University needs a system primarily for schedule planners, curriculum planners, and teachers to efficiently draft and publish curricula and timetables collaboratively. The desired system should also provide comprehensive analytics and reporting tools to support management with strategic activities on all levels of the university, such as programme directors and department heads for degree programme -level planning, deans for school-level planning, and various members of steering groups for Aalto-level planning. The system should provide advanced contemporary solutions for curriculum mapping and automatic scheduling. The system should be a finished product that has been in active use for several years in the higher education sector. Please see attached Appendix 1 for providing a general description about the procurement and our aims towards the procured service.
