The contracting authority has seven municipalities that cooperate on procuring an ERP system. We have previously had a market dialogue and announced the competition, but ended up with only one valid tender and are therefore restarting the process. We would, thus, like all-day meetings with potential tenderers prior to the competition notice.
The Development Department (EFU) in Bergen municipality is among West Norway's largest developers. We have a total development portfolio of approx. NOK 15 billion, with approx. 90 projects in different phases. The agency would like to have a dialogue with the market for inputs for the contract and competition strategy in project H0900, as well as a draft for an interaction contract in the competition.
We would like to invite suppliers to continuous inputs and digital market dialogues up until the competition is announced. The aim is to be able to continually ask questions/have documents at a hearing before the announcement, not to shorten the tender deadline in the notice.
