The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway invites tenderers to an open tender contest for lawyer services. The competition comprises the following two separate sub-areas (sub-contracts): Labour law Personnel protection, public procurements etc. the Financial Supervisory Authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 (one) tenderer per sub-area. Tenders can be submitted for one or both sub areas. Each sub area comprises one competition and it will be evaluated independently of the other sub-area. The framework agreements will apply for 2 (two) years calculated from the date of the agreement, with the right to extend the contract for a further one year at a time, up to two times. Transport services for Haugesund municipality.
Haugesund municipality shall enter into contracts for transport services. Three sub-contracts shall be signed, including one ongoing service contract and two framework agreements. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer per sub-contract, but one tenderer can submit tenders for one or several of the sub-contracts and can be awarded several sub-contracts. The sub-contracts include the following: Sub-contract A: Ongoing service agreement for driving pupils in connection with regular school transport of pupils with dangerous school roads. Lindesnes municipality shall enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy engineering services, construction management, project manager/engineering design group manager and archetect. The competition has previously been published and cancelled (case 2026/120). This is an updated version of the competition and we would like to make particular attention to the fact that the competition is being held without negotiations - the tenderer must therefore submit their best tender by the tender deadline. The objective of the procurement is to ensure competent 'Smart Hands' services, primarily connected to NRK ́s 2 data centres. The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) parts I and III, as well as the provisions in the tender documentation. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure. The service is ongoing during the agreement period. The contract will be valid for 2 (two) years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an option for an extension for a further 2 (two) years and the contract can then be extended for 1 (one) year at a time. Cleaning services for the University Hospital of North Norway HF ́s ambulance stations.
The contracting authority for this competition is Sykehusinnkjøp HF, which is implementing the procurement on behalf of the University Hospital of North Norway Health Trust (UNN HF). The aim of the procurement is to enter into a service agreement with one or several tenderers for cleaning of good quality at UNN HF ́s ambulance stations, which shall keep the premises with further visually appealing and hygienically satisfactory. The estimated annual procurement value is NOK 1,800,000, per annum excluding VAT. The maximum value of the procurement is NOK 8,500,000, excluding VAT.
