Lot 1: ODMA North: A total of 23 routes are proposed to be operated under the ODMA North contract. At the time of the Operational Commencement Date (estimated October 2025), 5 of the ODMA North routes will already be in operation under the existing ODMA contract and the remaining 18 routes will be launched in October 2025. When all 23 routes are in operation, the total annual scheduled kilometres will be circa 5.7 million kilometres, with a Peak Vehicle Requirement (PVR) estimated at circa 131 b
