Consultancy services ICT, framework agreement.
The competition is for the provision of assistance for ongoing and future development projects and management assignments. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The aim of the procurement is to strengthen the Norwegian Food Safety Authority’s development department with a content designer with CMS competency. The designer will join a support team who work with content design and development of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority's digital services, including the entity's website. The procurement shall cover the need for competency and increased capacity within development, structuring and management of user orientated content in the Norwegian Food Safety Authoritys digital systems. The company does not currently have sufficient internal resources to fully fulfill this need. The team works multi-disciplinary and flexible, and works closely with development teams, professional environments, communication department, information security, architecture and other IT-ressurser. The team have a facilitation role for several teams in the organisation, and contribute with competence, structure and consulting within content design, content structure and publication systems. The contract will be valid until the end of 2026, with an option for an extension for a further 1 year, 6 months at a time. The consultant must be able to work 100% at the Norwegian Food Safety Authority during the contract period.

Gjesdal municipality invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services in the construction disciplines in accordance with NS8402 (consultant assignment in accordance with hours used).
