The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for debt collection services and associated assignments. A significant part of Innovation Norway's business area consists of lending activities. Parts of the portfolio will be subject to breaches, brief or persistent. Between 200 and 250 cases are sent annually to debt collection. The cases are to be sent to a debt collection agency after the second reminder/debt collection notice. It is left to the debt collection provider to continue the receivable work. It shall be possible to report the loan well by the customer paying himself up-to-date. There will also be some other types of cases such as collecting grants and commissions for guarantees, bankruptcy proceedings, etc., innovation Norway care about having a good relationship with its customers. We therefore emphasise that good debt collection practice is emphasised in the case handling. The administration of voluntary repayment schemes with surety is also included in the assignment. Need for assistance with realisation or securing the mortgage can also be relevant in some cases. Long term monitoring is a minor part of the assignment. These are cases where the recection is written off internally, but where follow-up of, primarily, personal debtors shall try to attempt a full or partial refund of the requirement in the longer term. Tenderers must make reporting on loans and interest to the Norwegian Tax Administration for cases on long-term monitoring, as well as sending annual assignments to the customer. Furthermore, there are some cases that must be followed-up in accordance with the Debt Scheme Act. Framework agreement for pest control
The aim is to ensure professional, effective and environmentally friendly pest control in accordance with the current rules. The contract includes individual assignments and materials (main procurement), as well as an option for service agreements for buildings. Individual assignments and materials: Individual assignments include inspections, advice, controlling and prevention of pests in and outside municipal buildings/properties. The contracting authority can, if needed, ask for a fixed price for all types of assignments. The contracting authority reserves the right to procure products (materials) for self-mapping/self-control of up to NOK 4,000 excluding VAT per purchase from other tenderers. The contracting authority would like the option to enter into service agreements for the municipality ́s various buildings as needed. This can be both preventive contracts with rodents and black soilmaur or service contracts for municipal institutional kitchens. Service agreements shall apply per building. Framework agreement for theatre engineering equipment for DNS ́s Modernisation project.
The contracting authority ́s objective with this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of various stage technical equipment. Equipment included in the agreement can be suspension pipes for technical equipment, pipe-grid, assembly rails, truss, cable drum system, cable guide system, module based stage system and textiles and carpet rails. DNS will mainly install the equipment itself, but some assembly work will be included in the contract.

Supply of gasses, rental of gas recipients and other services.
JRC-Geel has the intention to set up a framework contract for supply of technical gasses, rental of gas recipients and other services. The contract consists of two main parts: The supply of compressed gas in cylinders or frames, including the delivery and return transport and the rental of the cylinders and/or frames. The contractor is also asked to foresee an application allowing to track the cylinders and the rental of fixed and mobile tanks for the storage of liquefied gasses and the supply in bulk of liquefied Nitrogen and Argon. Some of these tanks are to be equipped with an evaporator and with a remote monitoring system, warning the contractor automatically of the need for refill. Part 2 of the contract : The supply of liquefied Nitrogen in bulk within a secured perimeter and the rental of fixed and/or mobile tanks for the storage of liquefied Nitrogen and the supply in bulk of liquefied Nitrogen. This tank (or mobile tanks) is to be equipped with a remote monitoring system, warning the contractor automatically of the need for refill.

The project concerns the further development of the 'Trade Assistant for Services and Investment', which is available on DG TRADE's Access2Markets portal. The objective is to provide information to EU companies that are interested in exporting services or investing outside the EU.
