The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with several tenderers, with each sub-contract comprising one discipline, total four sub-contracts. There is a need for a short response time and sub-contracts with tenderers who have good competence and sufficient capacity. Tenders can be submitted for one or several sub-contracts.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of IT equipment and mobile telephones. The procurement is for 3 municipalities: Bardu municipality, Målselv municipality and Salangen municipality. Tenders can be submitted for mobile telephones and/or IT equipment. A total of two tenderers will be chosen. This means that only one supplier will be chosen for mobile telephones and only one supplier for IT equipment.
The contracting authority has seven municipalities that cooperate on procuring an ERP system. We have previously had a market dialogue and announced the competition, but ended up with only one valid tender and are therefore restarting the process. We would, thus, like all-day meetings with potential tenderers prior to the competition notice.
