The Ombudsman for Children’s Office (OCO) is establishing a Panel of Experts pursuant to Sections 7, 8 and 9 of the Ombudsman for Children Act. The Panel will comprise two (2) Lots: Investigation Services Research Services Applicants may apply for one or both Lots using the Application Form provided on the OCO website https://www.oco.ie/about-us/vacancies-and-tenders/. Completed Application Forms must be submitted by email to: ocotenders@oco.ie Applicants wishing to be considered for inclusion on the Panel from its initial establishment must submit their Application Form by 15/05/2026 at 12:00pm. The OCO will select panel members based on the criteria set out in the Application Form and accompanying documents. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published on eTenders and applies over the three (3) year duration of the Panel. Applications will remain open on a ongoing basis, and new applicants may apply via process outlined above.

Provision of Outsourced Radiology Services for the University of Limerick Hospital Group
The Health Service Executive hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit tenders for the provision of outsourced outpatient radiology services for the University of Limerick Hospital Group (UL Hospital Group) consisting of University Hospital Limerick, Ennis General Hospital, Nenagh General Hospital, Croom Orthopaedic Hospital, and St John’s Hospital, Limerick). The Competition will consist of the following independent Lots: • Lot 1: MRI Services • Lot 2: Ultrasound Services • Lot 3: CT Services The services for each Lot are required five days per week Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 17:00. The scope of the required services will range from standalone venue hire to venue hire with on-site catering services . Catering services will include the provision of hot meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and, or meal boxes (Perishable Breakfast Pack, Perishable Snack Pack, Perishable Main Meal Pack, and Ambient Snack Pack) to be distributed to Garda Members on duty. The technical specifications for the services are set out in Appendix 1 of the RFT Document. The Panel Agreement will be divided into two (2) lots; Lot 1 Venue Hire and Lot 2 Venue Hire with Catering Services; Each Lot will result in a separate dynamic panel agreement.
