Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of electrical equipment for teaching purposes. The DPS will operate in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2014/24/EU and the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016. The DPS will be divided into four (4) lots. Economic operators may apply to participate in respect of one or more lots. Details of each lot, including the categories of electrical equipment to be supplied, are set out below. It is noted that economic operators are not required to offer the full range of goods within a lot; partial applications will be accepted, provided that the minimum requirements for participation are met. The DPS will remain open for its duration to any economic operator that satisfies the selection criteria and submits a compliant request to participate in accordance with the procurement documents.

Bus Éireann intends to procure low emission coaches and schools buses, and where possible zero-emission coaches with low environmental impact in compliance with the latest EURO VI Regulation. The vehicles will comply, as appropriate, with the EPA’s guidelines on road transport vehicles and the European Communities (Clean and Energy Efficient Road Transport Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. To be considered for inclusion on a Qualification Panel(s), applicants must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) providing relevant details in relation to the criteria set out below for assessment. It is envisaged that this qualification system will be used to either purchase and or lease during the five-year term of the Qualification System. Economic operators apply once to qualify onto the panel by providing details of their financial and technical capacity against predefined published Selection Criteria within a PQQ. The Qualification Panel for the Purchase and or Lease of Buses and Coaches will be broken down in to sub categories called Lot 1 – Purchase of Buses and Coaches, and Lot 2 – Lease of Buses and Coaches. Economic operators can apply for the Lot(s) that best reflect their commercial operations. Economic operators must complete a PQQ for the Lot(s) that they wish to qualify to. Only economic operators who satisfy the selection criteria of each individual Lot will qualify on to that Lot. After the initial advertisement, the panel must be advertised annually for the duration of the panel (5 years) to continually inform the market place of its existence. Economic Operators can apply to qualify on to the panel, throughout the duration of the panel. Economic Operators who are already qualified to the panel can also amend their application at any interval should their financial or technical capacity or capability change. Qualifying onto a panel does not guarantee any work and/or contracts to a supplier. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit an application for prequalification for a competitive dialogue (two stage procedure), for the following services/projects: Project number 130011 - Procurement of system support for AOM/EAM processes, including implementation assistance. The qualification phase the competition starts with a qualification phase, where all interested tenderers can submit a request to participate up until the deadline stated in the schedule. The enquiry shall be submitted in accordance with the descriptions in this document and the stated qualification requirements that shall be answered. The contracting authority will assess the tenderers ́ qualifications and check that there are no reasons for rejection. Only qualified tenderers can be invited to participate in the dialogue phase. The dialogue phase only qualified tenderers who are invited by the contracting authority will be able to participate in the dialogue. The objective of the dialogue phase is to identify and define how the contracting authority ́s needs can best be fulfilled. The dialogue can be conducted on all sides of the procurement. The contracting authority will request a solution proposal through the dialogue, based on the contracting authority ́s needs. This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of Low voltage Electrical Systems and Services (the “Contract”) in Ireland as advertised on e-tenders. Iarnród Éireann proposes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for electrical services for low voltage equipment (i.e. less than 1000V). IÉ plans to roll out a renewals program, which will see the modernisation of many traction assets located on the existing DART network over the next few years. The scope of the agreement will involve the renewal of LV services and LV equipment on or near the line and will also extend to other LV equipment located on the IÉ network. The extent and details of the works to be undertaken within the renewals program will vary from location to location. Project works shall be awarded in separate packages based on the “Call Off Contract” procedure set out in the Framework Agreement. Further specific details will be provided to the companies who are pre-qualified to the ITT stage.
