In this procurement, Gasgrid Finland Oy together with its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy as the Contracting Authority are seeking for three (3) Consultants to provide services related to permitting and environmental studies for projects and sub-projects The framework agreements for environmental services will cover mainly the service scopes as follows: - EIA procedures and materials related to EIA decision applications - Environmental studies, including nature, archeological and other studies - Preparation of permit applications, especially water, expropriation and survey permits - Assisting in land acquisition works - Stakeholder management related to EIA procedures and other permitting processes as well as land acquisition tasks The main scope of the services will consist of tasks related to the Framework Agreement are estimated to be EIA procedures, environmental studies and water permit applications. The Services may also cover environmental studies, EIAs and permitting procedures for offshore pipelines in Finnish territorial waters and EEZ. The scope is defined in more detail in this contract notice and it's annexes. The request for tender will be will be issued to the candidates selected to tender after the NDA has been signed. During the contract period, the Contracting Authority organizes mini-competitions among the awarded Service Providers for selecting the Service Provider for each individual Assignment. Assignments define the commitment to be ordered and supplied. Assignments will be introduced more closely on a later phase of this procurement. The selection criteria utilized for each Assignment is price and quality ratio. Tendering for any of the Assignments is not mandatory. The Contracting Authority may place assignments with a value of less than EUR 200,000 with a contract partner of its choice without conducting a separate mini‑competition. Individual assignments may be carried out using a target pricing model. During the contract period, the Contracting Authority will monitor the supplier’s performance using a set of KPIs. The preliminary performance indicators are expected to include adherence to assignment schedules and customer satisfaction.

Planning doctor services
The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for planning services. Relevant assignments under the framework agreement can, between others, include development of area plans, zoning plans and various developments, such as ros-analyses, impact developments etc. The contracting authority may well carry out equivalent competitions for assignments where it is assessed as the most driving target. Framework agreement - Booked assignments Bus services (sub-contracts)
Sub-contract 1 includes the contracting authorities Kristiansand municipality, Kristiansand Havn IKS and Kilden Teater and Konserthus IKS. The contracting authorities need to enter into a framework agreement for booked assignments for bus transport. The services concern transport assignments by bus and/or minibus, which are not covered by other public transport agreements. Statistics from the current agreement show that most of the assignment from Kristiansand municipality will be transport of school classes to and from swimming pools. These assignments are within the municipal borders for the relevant contracting authority. Occasional assignments can also be included, e.g. tour assignments, transport of school classes to and from camp stays, transport of different delegations to short and longer assignments, as well as other transport assignments that naturally come under the performance description. Kristiansand Havn IKS needs bus transport by cruise call at other terminals than The Port of Kristiansand, as well as other tailor made assignments for their employees and guests. Other more sporadic assignments may also occur. Kilden Teater og Konserthus [Kilden Teater og Konserthus] needs transport of approx. 80 musicians with instruments for tours 3-4 times a year, mainly domestic, but also occasional abroad. In addition there can be transport of school classes to concerts and rehearsals at Kilden, as well as bussing musicians to schools in connection with DKS projects and outreach activities. Mini buses for smaller ensembles for chamber concerts and projects in the Agder region may also be relevant. Measures: ML1.4.1 Contribute to the fact that a new agreement for public transport shall be ensured as much as possible emission-free vehicles. This sub-contract will be covered by Kristiansand municipality's environmental ambition and emphasised as a part of the award criteria. See the annexes for further information on the needs. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Operation and Maintenance (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for helicopter services in the northern and western areas of the country. County is included as the contracting authority for both lots. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for helicopter services and shall ensure the Contracting Authority access to helicopter services as needed, in an efficient, safe and predictable way. The Contracting Authority seeks to establish a Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified tenderer to meet the requirements for the support and maintenance of Microsoft and associated services. The Contracting Authority ICT infrastructure is a closely integrated ecosystem, uniquely configured to meet the organisation’s operational needs. While the Contracting Authority ICT staff possess expertise across the majority of the Microsoft product suite and related technologies, external support remains a critical component in ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted operation of day-to-day services. The Contracting Authority invites responses from suitably qualified tenderers to be appointed as their Enterprise ICT Microsoft Services Framework Agreement partner, in accordance with the specific requirements outlined in the tender documentation. It should be noted that these requirements reflect the current Microsoft-based environment, and the Framework must allow for flexibility to accommodate additional or alternative software and services related to Microsoft applications and associated technologies.

The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking suitable candidates through this Call for Applications that will be invited to participate in the negotiated procedure and to submit a tender for the framework agreement on Art Consultancy Services. The ECB is looking for suppliers who can provide the ECB with art consultancy services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) related to: - Curatorial tasks in German and English language (i.e., professional advice on art activities), - Event and art-related project management and its implementation, - Organization and delivery of guided tours in German and English language, - Art related administrative tasks (e.g., managing the art database, using the record management platform for filing documentation, etc). The services shall be delivered off-site at the tenderer’s office and on-site at the ECB premises in Frankfurt am Main, in alignment with business needs. Painting and covering services, framework agreement Troms County - RFI
Troms County (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall enter into a new framework agreement for painting and covering services and associated equipment. Material will also be considered for assignments that the contracting authority shall use for its own activities and shall also be included in the contract. The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement that covers the need we may have for this type of service in the entire county. This includes, for example, sixth form colleges, official residences and dental clinics. The contract shall ensure that we achieve cost effective and rational procurements of painting and covering services in accordance with the current laws and regulations. The framework agreement will mainly be used for the procurement of ongoing and operational related services, but it can also be used for some investment projects where it is deemed appropriate. We are currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparation phase, the contracting authority would like to invite all relevant tenderers to comment on the provisional drafts for the requirement specifications, price form and contract terms. The documents are attached to this market dialogue. Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers shall not fill in the attached tender documents, but give feedback on the questions included in the document "Information on RFI - Framework agreement on painting and covering services" under point 3.Deadline for feedback is 30 April 2026 at 12.00. At the expiry of the hearing deadline, the contracting authority will review received input. The contract will then assess which input could be appropriate to include in the final documents. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input, and emphasises that the attached documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Any questions or needs for an extended deadline shall be sent to the contracting authority via Mercell. Tenderers who register their interest can be contacted by the contracting authority in the preparation phase if there is a need for further clarification. The contracting authority will not reimburse costs incurred for the participation of the hearing.
