Refurbishment and partial replacement of facade windows. Minor brickwork repairs. Installation of photovoltaic panels. Phase 4 (option): Replacement of the roof, including sub‑roof boards, and installation of external condensation insulation. Refurbishment of skylights. Window and brickwork refurbishment. The option will be activated subject to sufficient budget availability. Phase 5 (option): Brickwork refurbishment along the boundary to Vestre Fængsel, from Enghavevej 85 to Vigerslev Allé. The option will be activated subject to sufficient budget availability.

This notice serves as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and is not a call for competition. A call for competition may be issued in Q3 2026. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is planning to invite submissions from companies and organisations possessing the necessary expertise and capacity to deliver Minor Works for Transport Infrastructure Ireland. This process represents a preliminary step toward the potential initiation of a formal tendering procedure, with the aim of establishing a Multi‑Supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works. The anticipated scope of the Framework may include the supply and installation of associated materials and delivery of general minor building, repair, maintenance, upgrade works and various mitigation related works. These may encompass activities such as building fabric repairs, carpentry and joinery, painting and making‑good, minor structural repairs, insulation improvements, electrical and plumbing works, accessibility upgrades; temporary works design (by the Contractor where required) to support the safe execution of the works; supply and installation of branded hoarding and signage (subject to TII branding requirements to be specified in any future documentation); supply and installation of temporary or permanent fencing and netting, noise barriers with acoustic properties, replacement glazing, glazing upgrades, whole window replacements including frames and minor external works including remediations to boundary walls, fences, railing and hard landscape activities. Full details will be provided in any future call‑for‑competition documentation. It should be noted that this notice does not signify a commitment to procurement. Any specific procurements stemming from this notice will be duly advertised in accordance with applicable public procurement rules. The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) is a civil research institution directly under the Ministry of Defence. The company has more than 900 employees, of which approx. 600 are researchers and engineers who develop technology and knowledge to enable the Norway to have a modern and efficient defence. The institute is multi-disciplinary and covers subjects such as mathematics, physics, information technology, chemistry, biology, medicine, psychology, political science and economics. The institute is located in Kjeller near Lillestrøm and has a smaller work unit at Karljohansvern in Horten. The procurement is for a framework agreement for consultancy services within management development and organisation development. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the procedure 'restricted tender competition' in accordance with FOSA § 5-1 first section. This is a procedure in two phases that begins with this qualification phase. All interested suppliers have the option to submit a request for participation in the competition. Stage machinery Studioscenen
The tender contest is for the replacement of the upper stage machinery at Studioscenen at Dansens hus in Oslo, according to the Technical Specification. The current system is nearing the end of its lifetime. In addition, the system is limited in functionality, lacks positioning and load monitoring, and does not meet the current security requirements. Other targets for the upgrade include: * Several options/points for suspension. * Simple changes and shorter restructuring time between productions. * Better working environment. It shall not be necessary to use a lift to move hoists or suspension points. * Possibilities for movement during performances. The project consists of two parts: 1. Construction work consisting primarily of changes to the steel structure in the roof as well as moving building technical installations. 2. Engineering design, production and installation of the stage machinery. Each project part is a turnkey contract where the turnkey contractor has the full responsibility for engineering design, planning, production, installation, testing, training and documentation. This competition is for project part 2, delivery of the stage machinery. The planned solution is based on a system with traditional stage features with the addition of point stretches. There will be up to 16 stage covers, 2 side covers and 4 courts for a variable number of concentrated stretches. The pulley rods are to be carried by four steel wires or steel band. A steel construction dedicated to the stage machinery will be installed by another contractor. The existing HEA beams will be disassembled. Eight new beams will be assembled in the hall ́s longitudinal direction, placed so that four are used for stage stretches and four for concentrated stretches and/or other temporary equipment. The machinery will be located above the balcony on one side of the stage. A dividing wall will be set up to create an engine room and screen for sound between the winches and the stage. The entire system, including the pulleys and control system with security functions, shall be constructed in accordance with the norm NO-EN 17206 "Event technology, machinery for stages and other production areas, Safety requirements and inspections". The installation shall fulfil relevant EU directives, including directives for machines, low voltage and EMC. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in annex 1095-922 "Technical Specifications".

This is a two stage tender competition which intends to establish a multi provider Framework Agreement between Oberstown Children Detention Campus and the successful Candidates for procuring Minor Capital Works.
