The dynamic procurement will mainly include engineering design and consultancy assignments for construction projects for the establishment or renovation of municipal infrastructure such as roads, water and sewage. The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for engineering design services (preliminary engineering design services, detailed engineering design, general consultancy and preparation of technical plans) within water, sewage and roads. Related assignments within construction, geotechnics, district heating, landscape architecture (LARK), land surveying and co-ordination between cables and other trench infrastructure can also be relevant.
The contracting authority intends to enter into framework agreements for municipal engineering disciplines. The work can apply to projects that the municipality has in-house and projects that the municipality has in interaction with other public or private actors. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e. tenders for the following parts: Sub-tender 1 - Road, pipeline network and public room Lot 2 - Water Treatment Lot 3 - Sewage treatment.
