Limerick City and County Council require Road Safety Audits (RSA) to be carried out on schemes of various sizes and complexities. The RSA requirements are defined within NGS Circular 3 of 2022. LCCC are inviting applicants to tender rates for the provision of these services for projects throughout Limerick City and County generally on Regional and local roads. Governance and open data: proportionate data governance, cataloguing and metadata management (supporting future AI/ML), data provenance and data quality improvements, responsible data sharing frameworks, and support for publication via the Council’s CKAN platform together with an open data strategy. Capacity and strategy: a mentoring led programme of knowledge transfer, targeted training, on the job learning and documentation to build self sufficiency; and strategic advisory services to deliver a data utilisation roadmap, prioritise high impact work, leverage existing data assets, plan for future data needs and service delivery, provide insights for councillors and citizens, integrate generative AI and other emerging technologies, and guide implementation of innovative data solutions that enhance efficiency and position the Council at the forefront of data driven local government The framework agreement will enable the Contracting Authority to commission services as required over time. The volume and value of services procured will be subject to evolving organisational priorities, available funding, and strategic direction. Mid and East Antrim Borough Council will lead the delivery of a PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan for the Borough to promote positive relations between people from different backgrounds and communities. The PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan will support a number of programmes or initiatives across three key themes, Local Community Regeneration and Transformation, Thriving and Peaceful Communities and Celebrating Cultures and Diversity. The Client invites tenders to provide the service for an ICT for RIBA stages 1-6 to help deliver 12 capital projects within the Mid and East Antrim Borough Council Local Community Action Plan. The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The project is for the provision of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) who must work with the Capital Works Manager, Capital Works Team or their designate to ensure all duties required under this appointment are being carried out to the satisfaction of the Employer. The project shall be responsible for the design and project management of the 12 projects as part of the Council's PeacePlus funding. The project will be from RIBA stages 1-6, including a feasibility study of the 12 projects submitted as an expression of interest to Peaceplus. These comprise 3 larger projects which have a maximum spend of £200,000 and 10 smaller projects which have a maximum spend of £30,000. The ICT is to attend each project and provide costs associated with it and comment if the works proposed in the group's expression of interest are feasible for the budgets set by SEUPB. Following a gateway approval stage from council / SEUPB the ICT will develop designs for each project, submit and achieve statutory approvals and issue tender documents for the successful projects. ICT will assume 12 projects will be successful to the construction stage.
