Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment intends to directly procure SeaProtectorOne from All in on Green. This is a waste management system to reduce marine littering from Akerselva to oslofjorden. The new garbage collector will be installed along the Akerselva river at Munch Brygge. Work for new technological solutions to prevent emissions of marine littering in the Oslo fjord is anchored in measure 3.10 in Oslo kommune's Initiative List against plastic and marine littering. The procurement includes the procurement and assembly of SeaProtectorOne and it will be carried out in 2026.

The contract work includes engineering design services for and the construction of the Oslo fjord connection, construction stage 2, total approx. 14 km of road. The project is an expansion of the current road from 2 to 4 lanes. The works include i.a. new tunnels in the Oslofjord tunnel, Frogn tunnel and vassum tunnel, new tunnel portals, several large bridges and alterations to crossing areas. Procurement of a press for waste management
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for the procurement of a press with automatic binding for use in waste management. The press can be offered with or without feeding band, as the feed band is a voluntary option. The press shall as a minimum be able to be used for compressing and bundling paper, cardboard and plastic packaging. It is desirable that the offered press can also press hard plastic and agricultural plastic. Other fractions can also be relevant based on what the offered equipment is suitable for. The press shall have a minimum of 60 tonnes of press power. Tenderers must describe their assessments and state the reference facilities in their tender offer.
