The subject of this lot is the provision of services for the development of an integrated digital tourism platform for Corridor E75, including a web portal, mobile applications (Android and iOS) and creative and promotional solutions. The platform will enable presentation of tourism-related content, including accommodation, attractions, gastronomy, events and travel information, with multilingual support (Macedonian, English and Serbian). The services include analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, promotion, user training and system maintenance, in accordance with the technical specifications. The contract will be performed in coordination with the contracting authority and includes delivery of a fully functional and operational system. The duration of the contract is 36 months.

Framework agreement for IT development, platform and architecture.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into three parallel framework agreements for IT consultancy services for Nkom's Microsoft Azure data platform. The areas are: -Architecture -Development -Platform - Artificial intelligence -Configuration/service development The financial limit for the procurement is NOK 100 million over four years. The aim of the procurement is to strengthen the Norwegian Food Safety Authority’s development department with a content designer with CMS competency. The designer will join a support team who work with content design and development of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority's digital services, including the entity's website. The procurement shall cover the need for competency and increased capacity within development, structuring and management of user orientated content in the Norwegian Food Safety Authoritys digital systems. The company does not currently have sufficient internal resources to fully fulfill this need. The team works multi-disciplinary and flexible, and works closely with development teams, professional environments, communication department, information security, architecture and other IT-ressurser. The team have a facilitation role for several teams in the organisation, and contribute with competence, structure and consulting within content design, content structure and publication systems. The contract will be valid until the end of 2026, with an option for an extension for a further 1 year, 6 months at a time. The consultant must be able to work 100% at the Norwegian Food Safety Authority during the contract period.

The City of Lahti intends to procure a comprehensive Participation Platform (Digital Participatory Platform) delivered as a SaaS service, suitable for use across the entire municipal organization. The procurement will include system delivery, continuous support and maintenance, further development, and any additional expert services required for the deployment and ongoing use of the platform.
