9111 - SCSS Detailed Design Services
The overall objective of this project is to develop detailed designs and for each station provide a package of Approved for Construction (AFC) Drawings as detailed in section 6.4.2 for the scope of works. This SOW specifies two groups of services (‘Detailed Design Services’ and ‘Design Support, Employers Representative and Construction Supervision Services’). These services are to be performed for one or more sets of stations (‘Station Groups’). The Core Services to be performed by The Consultant are Detailed Design Services for Station Groups East 1 (8 stations) and East 2 (12 stations). In addition, IÉ may also ask the consultant to deliver one or more of the following optional work packages: - • Option 1: Provide Design Support, Employers Representative and Construction Supervision Services for East 1 and East 2 • Option 2: Provide Detailed Design Services for East 3 (15 stations) and East 4 (11 stations) • Option 3: Provide Design Support, Employers Representative and Construction Supervision for East 3 and East 4. Request for the Provision of Graphic Design Publication Design Merchandise and Related Creative Services
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a comprehensive range of graphic design, publication design and related creative services. The successful tenderer will work closely with the HEA Communications Section and other internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver high-quality publications, digital content, branding, promotional materials and associated design outputs in support of the HEA’s statutory, corporate and communications functions. The services will be delivered in line with the HEA’s digital-first policy, brand guidelines, accessibility obligations and statutory requirements, including the publication of materials in both Irish and English where required.

Provision of Service Design and Strategic Design support for the development of a Common Application System (CAS) for school admissions for the Department of Education and Youth
The Minister for Education and Youth invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. In summary, the Services comprise: The Contracting Authority seeks specialist service and strategic design support over a 12 month period to advance priority transformation initiatives, including the Common Application System for school admissions and the Department’s 90 per cent digital target under Better Public Services 2030. Two Service Designers will be embedded within cross-functional project teams to lead research, journey mapping, prototyping and future-state service design across these initiatives. The designers will operate as part of the Department’s expanding Service Design practice within the PMO, led by a Service Design Lead at Assistant Principal level. The role requires both hands-on delivery and capability uplift, ensuring design methods and artefacts become embedded within ongoing transformation programme.
