The JRC Petten is aiming to conclude a contract for engineering and consultancy services. The online system must have the ability to issue a range of documents, such as, Student Transcripts, European Diploma supplements, Badges and formal Certified Letters (of registration, graduation, enrolment, module completion certificate, etc). The scope will include the implementation, migration, and ongoing support and maintenance of the system, as well as allowing for future developments including expansion for additional documents, expansion to student cohorts, and future integration with the student record management system.

AAMOS – Enterprise Architecture management system
Fingrid Oyj (the Client) is tendering for an Enterprise Architecture management solution delivered as a SaaS service. The Client is Fingrid and its group companies (Fingrid Datahub Oy and Finextra Oy). Data within the solution must be located and processed within the EU and EEA area. The purpose of the solution is to support the collection and structuring of Fingrid’s current‑state architecture and to enable the planning of alternative target states and the required change. The system will replace the functionalities of the current tools used for architecture modelling, architecture management and publication, and will serve as a unifying platform for managing business processes, data domains, applications, and technology. The scope of the procurement includes SaaS Software‑as‑a‑Service user licenses for Fingrid’s enterprise architecture user groups (enterprise content viewers, dashboard/report viewers, enterprise architecture admins, and content contributors), as well as the technical components required to support architecture planning, modelling, analysis, visualization and publication. The procurement also includes a Delivery Project, covering the technical implementation of the system, integrations with pre-defined source systems, and the refinement and deployment of the first-phase use cases. In addition, the procurement includes Support and Advisory Services covering product support, end‑user support, and the ability to obtain expert advisory services to ensure effective system utilization. The system must also support Continuous Development, enabling Fingrid to expand, refine, and evolve its enterprise architecture practices, modelling conventions, visualizations, and integrations throughout the contract period.
