Procurement of a service contract for gas installations.
NTNU shall enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of gas installations for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. The delivery and place of work for the deliveries will be NTNU in Trondheim. The gas installations included in this agreement are located in a total of 15 different buildings in Trondheim. The buildings are mainly located at Gløshaugen in addition to a small number on Brattøra and Øya. The service contract is administered by the property department at NTNU, but the gas installations are owned by different institutes and the work shall be invoiced directly to each individual institute/site owner, total 23 units. The facilities currently include approx. 269 gas centrals with a total of 1,484 call-offs. The contracting authority is different departments and faculty at NTNU, Rise PFI AS and Sintef, each of which is the owner and orderer for their plants. The contract shall be a complete service agreement that includes: • Annual systematic condition checks • Improvements, including maintenance and repairs, as well as minor expansions and changes in the existing installations, as needed. • Re-opening and shut-off of systems and components as needed, a complete description of the delivery is in the requirement specification.

Framework agreement for the purchase of consumables
PURPOSE AND SCOPE Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development, department for procurement services, shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of consumables within product areas cleaning, drying and hygiene, kitchens and serving, as well as offices and schools. The procurement will be carried out on behalf of cooperating entities in addition to Oslo municipality. The joint procurement agreement has a total annual estimated value of NOK 180 million per annum for Oslo municipality and its cooperation partners, total NOK 720 million for the entire contract period. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimates are based on previous consumption. The estimates are only a guideline and are without obligation for the Contracting Authority. This framework agreement is valid for up to a maximum value of NOK 1,100 million for all involved entities.

NTNU would like to enter into a framework agreement with 2 tenderers for HVAC and water and sewage materials, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in Annex 1 of the contract.

Framework agreement for inspections and maintenance of gas alarms.
NTNU shall enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of a gas alarm system for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. The delivery and place of work for the deliveries will be NTNU in Trondheim. See Annex 1c Site Overview for a more detailed description of the different installations, including location and type. The framework agreement includes the following works: Annual inspections The annual inspection includes two meetings, in one turn, a check of the gas warning system + one calibration is carried out in the second turn-out, only one calibration will be carried out. Maintenance Maintenance means repairs, replacements and improvements of deviations (errors and shortcomings) on the installations in order for them to function as intended. See the requirement specifications for a comprehensive description of the delivery. The planned start-up for the new contract is in the medio August, so that the autumn inspections shall be carried out under this agreement.

We would like to use the procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for pipes and pipe parts within water and sewage and HVAC and sanitation. The tenderer shall be a full assortment wholesaler of pipes and pipe fittings for use within water and sewage and HVAC and sanitation, in accordance with the requirement specifications. Comments on the contract: Plastic manholes and fittings for manholes are a part of the agreement. The contracting authority can bypass the contract with the procurement of concrete manholes. The customer can bypass the contract for major project deliveries. This is when the products pipes and pipe parts make up a minimum of NOK 300,000, excluding VAT. The customer can bypass the contract with special orders, i.e. orders that are made, adapted or ordered according to the customer ́s specific wishes or needs. The Customer can leave the contract if the tenderer cannot deliver within maximum delivery times in accordance with the requirement specifications. Delivery deviations from the tenderer can be regulated in accordance with the contract. The contracting authority can bypass the contract for the procurement of an entire pumping stations/pressure boosting station. The Customer can leave the contract outside the contract where pipes and pipe fittings are only a part of the assignment where other service providers are responsible for the execution. E.g. excavation assignments, plumbing assignments, procurement of fire hydrant, establishment of emergency power generators for pressure increase stations/pumping stations etc. The customer can leave the contract in critical situations where the customer cannot wait for parts if the tenderer does not have them at local stores/times of crisis.

The Agency for Urban Environment ́s current operational contract for public toilets expires in April 2026. As of December 2025, the operational agreement comprises 14 toilets and two summer open pissoars (see annex 1.1). The tenderer must take into account that the number can increase during the contract period, but also that it can be reduced. We anticipate that the likelihood is greater that the number will be increased than that it decreases. The 14 public toilets included in this agreement are distributed over large parts of the city and are of different models. Seven Heyerdahl toilets are located at the following places: Myraløkka, St. Hanshaugen, Sofienbergparken, Slottsparken, Youngstorget, Stortorvet and Rådhusbrygga. Three Liberté toilets are located at Eidsvolls plass/Spikersuppa. This is an art installation where normal toiletry is included as a part of the work, whilst the actual art installations are administered by a third party. The Agency for Urban Environment has established toilets at the following places: Christian Klosters plass (Momek), Klosterenga (Danfo), Jordal (Raw Concrete), Vekta Nedre Foss (in existing buildings that were previously grain weight). Two summer open pissoars on the Fight: one at Kampen park and one at Kampen Church. See annex 1.1 - overview of toilets and annex 1.2 - map of toilets.
