Bærum municipality has signed a contract for cleaning services (referred to as "Sports, bathrooms and additional cleaning"). The contract is for the following cleaning services: Regular and periodic cleaning at Bærum Sports Park ("BIP-hall" - which consists of sports halls, swimming pools and athletics buildings). Regular and periodic cleaning at Nadderudhallen (which consists of a sports hall and swimming pool). Additional cleaning at other locations. The volume for additional cleaning for other locations will vary per annum, but the estimated value is NOK 300,000 -1,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum total amount for additional orders at other locations is NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. There is great uncertainty as to whether the expected amount of additional cleaning is due to the municipality ́s financial situation, thus the estimated volume and the maximum total amount is difficult to calculate. The contract value will depend on changes in the assignments, as well as the withdrawal of additional cleaning.
