The purpose of the Invitation to Tender is to select one (1) economic operator (hereafter “Contractor”) for the component acquisition, delivery, assembly, hardware and software installation and maintenance of an AI-ready EuroHPC machine (“Supercomputer”) to establish an associated “AI Factory” and that will be owned by the EuroHPC JU. The EuroHPC JU will conclude one contract with the successful tenderer in order to acquire, deliver, install and maintain the High-End Supercomputer hosted by the respective Hosting Entity. Therefore, the prospective Contractors should have proven experience of acquiring, delivering, installing and maintaining Supercomputers in similar environments as the ones required in this procurement procedure. The solutions to be procured are expected to outperform existing solutions regarding several of the following aspects: • Performance/TCO; • Programmability and usability; • Versatility; • System stability; • Power and energy efficiency; • Computing density.

The contract will include all relevant assignments and material for the operation and maintenance of the road light installations. The framework agreement shall apply to the road lights that the municipalities in the Østre Agder cooperation are responsible for running. A tender shall be submitted that covers the entire extent of all the municipalities. A contract will be signed separately for each municipality. The University wants to acquire components to implement a set-up for Time and Angle Resolved Photoelectron Spectroscopy (TR-ARPES). The set-up will consist of two individual parts: - Laser and higher harmonics generation (HHG) and, - End station for Angle Resolved Photoelectron Spectroscopy (ARPES). The Optimal Parameter Amplifier (OPA) to create laser pulses to feed the HHG will be fulfilled by the University and is not part of the purchase. This Call for Tenders aims to conclude a supply and services contract with a duration of one (1) year, as determined by the University, in order to select one Contracting Party per lot, each recognized for its expertise in the design and manufacture of similar scientific equipment. The chosen Incoterm is DDP Luxembourg (Belval Campus) or surroundings (According to the CCI convention – Incoterms 2020).

This will be done through: - By enabling river basin management (RBM) and district Ganga committees (DGCs) to steer the development and implementation of measures - By ensuring coordination between actors responsible for specific measures at the basin as well as districts Tasks of this assignment: Through this tender GIZ seeks bids from the suitable firms to provide services towards prioritization and adoption of measures from the Ramganga Basin Management Plan, Udham Singh Nagar District Ganga Plan and Shahjahanpur District Ganga Plan. The decision making and facilitation of adoption of measures will be done by the respective stakeholder committees that are set-up as a formalized structure for the basin/ district management. The contractor shall technically support GIZ project team to bring in the European experiences towards facilitating adoption and implementation of ten selected measures. Based on this the contractor shall: - Provide technical inputs along with GIZ project team to participate and facilitate Basin Committee/ NMCG RBM Unit and respective District Ganga Committee (Udham Singh Nagar and Shahjahanpur) meetings. - Develop a detailed implementation strategy and provide knowledge support for its implementation for selected measures that will be supported by the project. - Develop a clear roadmap for implementation of basin and district level plans, this will include: a) the financial sustainability of implemented measures including M&E mechanisms (indicators based) for the prioritized measures b) guidance for the implementation and convergence of measures based on international experiences - Carry out capacity building of the responsible officials for developing project proposals - Provide inputs to develop content for specific outreach activities supporting implementation Please refer to the Terms of References and bidding conditions, and follow the instructions carefully.
