This procurement is for Contract V2 - Heating and Sanitary Installations and is an execution contract based on NS8405 with special contract provisions, but with an element of engineering design responsibility. This contract V2 includes a complete heating system with oil and gas boilers, accumulation tanks, heat pumps, heat recovery and interface with the process plant. The heating systems consist of roof panels, radiators, underfloor heating and snow melting installations. The sanitary installations include handling purified sewage water, sprinkler installations in addition to standard plants for cold and hot water. The entire project consists of several contracts. The purchase of plumbing services
The aim of the procurement is to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders for the procurement of plumbing services. The framework agreement is for installations, repairs and replacements of plumbing installations within plumbing. Tenderers shall have the competence to carry out all sorts of plumbing professional work connected to the municipality ́s buildings. The delivery shall be carried out in a cost efficient and environmental and socially responsible manner.

Procurement of a service contract for gas installations.
NTNU shall enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of gas installations for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. The delivery and place of work for the deliveries will be NTNU in Trondheim. The gas installations included in this agreement are located in a total of 15 different buildings in Trondheim. The buildings are mainly located at Gløshaugen in addition to a small number on Brattøra and Øya. The service contract is administered by the property department at NTNU, but the gas installations are owned by different institutes and the work shall be invoiced directly to each individual institute/site owner, total 23 units. The facilities currently include approx. 269 gas centrals with a total of 1,484 call-offs. The contracting authority is different departments and faculty at NTNU, Rise PFI AS and Sintef, each of which is the owner and orderer for their plants. The contract shall be a complete service agreement that includes: • Annual systematic condition checks • Improvements, including maintenance and repairs, as well as minor expansions and changes in the existing installations, as needed. • Re-opening and shut-off of systems and components as needed, a complete description of the delivery is in the requirement specification.
