The provision of children's respite services for Dublin and North East Regional Health Area (IHA DNC and IHA DNCW)
The Health Services Executive, Integrated Health Area Dublin North County and Integrated Health Area Dublin North City and West Disability Services invite tender responses from suitably qualified providers for provision and operation of a registered residential respite service. The service is required to be conveniently located for IHA DNC or IHA DNCW and must provide a 5-bed house, which will meet HIQA standards and will be registered within 4 months of contract agreement. The house must have a minimum of 1 single occupancy apartment adjoining the house, and also 1 wheelchair accessible bedroom included under the 5-bed requirement. The Service will operate 7 nights per week and will support children aged 5 years of age up to 18 years of age who are eligible for CDNT (“Children Disability Network Team”) services as determined by IHA DNC/IHA DNCW.

The Contracting Authority, ATU (Atlantic Technological University), proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of training and mentoring services in information and cybersecurity. The scope of the framework will include the delivery of comprehensive, role based Information Security and Cybersecurity training programmes for ATU and the Technological University and Institute of Technology (TU/IoT) sectoral institutions. This Framework Agreement is being put in place for use by Atlantic Technological University, as the Lead Contracting Authority, and the following Technological University and IoT sector institutions: · MTU (Munster Technological University), · SETU (South East Technological University), · TUS (Technological University Shannon), · TU Dublin (Technological University Dublin), · DKIT (Dundalk Institute of Technology), and · IADT (Institute of Art, Design + Technology Dún Laoghaire). Provision of Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management Services for Dublin Port
Dublin Port wishes to establish a single party framework agreement for the provision of vehicle leasing and fleet management services. In order to achieve commitments to operational continuity, safe and sustainable port-city relations and compliance with the requirements of the Clean Vehicle Directive, Directive (EU) 2019/1161, Dublin Port Company require the services of a suitably qualified and experienced fleet management company. Requirements will include disposal/recycling of the existing light commercial and passenger car vehicle fleet within the next 2 years and replace with an energy efficient EV, or alternative clean vehicle, LCV/passenger car equivalent. In addition, future management, replacement and disposal of the retained vehicle fleet is a requirement. The replacement interval/timings will be based on the priorities as per table below. The Contracting Entity currently operates a fleet of 24 vehicles which include passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles which are currently owned and management in-house. The current vehicle fleet operates between 07.00 hours and 19.00 hours, within the confines of the Dublin Port estate the majority of the time, however on occasion may be required to travel outside of the port boundaries to facilitate working requirements (Dublin Inland Port, etc.). The full list of requirements is contained within the procurement document. All responses must be submitted in a zip file format.

The tender relates to the provision of a quarterly scheduled Legionella sampling and analysis programme for South East Technological University at its Kilkenny Road Campus, Carlow, and Summerhill Road Campus, Wexford. The scope of services includes the sampling and laboratory analysis of water systems to assess the presence and risk of Legionella. Based on the analyses findings additional remedial works may be required such as the cleaning and disinfection of cold water storage tanks, as well as hot and cold water services. Where disinfection is undertaken, the contract will also include follow-up sampling and analysis to verify the effectiveness of the remedial measures.
