We intend to operate across three Lots to enable participation by Companies that install large scale Solar PV panels, batteries and operate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA’s) as well as those delivering smaller scale solar PV arrays batteries & PPA. Please contact us via etenders with a cover letter describing your Company and the services it provides. After we receive and review letters, GNI will then organise a Supplier meeting for a number of Companies to discuss our plans and contracting options. Gas Networks Ireland is looking for expressions of interest only at this stage from Services Providers in this area. The initial contract is for programme design, the delivery of two (2) cohorts of the CFO Programme; an option to deliver internal training to Enterprise Ireland’s Development Advisors and masterclasses to Enterprise Ireland’s wider client base along with the option to deliver further cohorts over the duration of the framework. The CFO programme aims to provide a world-class leadership programme for CFOs of participating companies to enhance their leadership and strategic finance capability along with ambition and confidence to deliver financial strategies to grow and scale a business globally. Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) requires a suitably qualified contractor/external trainer with suitable Plant and Railway experience to provide Safety Training of its in-house developed - People Plant Awareness Course. Iarnród Éireann requires to train all Irish Rail CCE and SET staff as well as all Plant and Labour Hire external contractors who interact with RRV plant and machinery. Iarnród Éireann requires that all outstanding current staff are trained within approx. 18 months of contract commencement. This could be upwards of 1500 staff to be trained in this period. Following the completion of training to all staff, there will be the need to train circa 750 to 1000 staff per annum over the lifetime of the contract. These figures are estimated and business needs could require more or less. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is planning to invite submissions from companies and organisations possessing the necessary expertise and capacity to deliver Minor Works for Transport Infrastructure Ireland. This process represents a preliminary step toward the potential initiation of a formal tendering procedure, with the aim of establishing a Multi‑Supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works. The anticipated scope of the Framework may include the supply and installation of associated materials and delivery of general minor building, repair, maintenance, upgrade works and various mitigation related works. These may encompass activities such as building fabric repairs, carpentry and joinery, painting and making‑good, minor structural repairs, insulation improvements, electrical and plumbing works, accessibility upgrades; temporary works design (by the Contractor where required) to support the safe execution of the works; supply and installation of branded hoarding and signage (subject to TII branding requirements to be specified in any future documentation); supply and installation of temporary or permanent fencing and netting, noise barriers with acoustic properties, replacement glazing, glazing upgrades, whole window replacements including frames and minor external works including remediations to boundary walls, fences, railing and hard landscape activities. Mid and East Antrim Borough Council will lead the delivery of a PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan for the Borough to promote positive relations between people from different backgrounds and communities. The PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan will support a number of programmes or initiatives across three key themes, Local Community Regeneration and Transformation, Thriving and Peaceful Communities and Celebrating Cultures and Diversity. The Client invites tenders to provide the service for an ICT for RIBA stages 1-6 to help deliver 12 capital projects within the Mid and East Antrim Borough Council Local Community Action Plan. The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The project is for the provision of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) who must work with the Capital Works Manager, Capital Works Team or their designate to ensure all duties required under this appointment are being carried out to the satisfaction of the Employer. The project shall be responsible for the design and project management of the 12 projects as part of the Council's PeacePlus funding. The project will be from RIBA stages 1-6, including a feasibility study of the 12 projects submitted as an expression of interest to Peaceplus. These comprise 3 larger projects which have a maximum spend of £200,000 and 10 smaller projects which have a maximum spend of £30,000. The ICT is to attend each project and provide costs associated with it and comment if the works proposed in the group's expression of interest are feasible for the budgets set by SEUPB.
