Valuation of properties for determining the basis for property taxes in Holmestrand municipality etc. The assignment includes: Assistance with projects for the implementation of property taxes on commercial properties, including revision of guidelines, stencils, sampling etc. equivalent assistance in connection with new general valuations, ref. the first section. Inspections and photographing of properties according to orders from the property tax office. Contract date with owners who have asked to be present at the site inspection. To familiarise yourself with information from the land register for the relevant properties. Land register updating when errors in the land register are discovered during a site inspection. Prepare proposals for expert committee resolution meetings. Participate in the mentioned meetings and present relevant information, including maps, pictures, observations from site inspections etc. reviewing appeals and preparing proposals for appeals decisions. Participate in appeals proceedings in an expert committee and appeals board, see point vedr. meetings above. See the attached description for further descriptions After political or administrative decisions, the competition can be cancelled or amended. The contract can also be truncated on such a basis. Most of the scope will be the first contract year. Ten emission vehicles are required for fulfilment of the contract. Further requirements or criteria for climate and environmental considerations are not assessed as appropriate as the service is otherwise equal with consultancy services. The exemption provision in the Regulations § 7-9 will be assessed as fulfilled.

ITMidt shall procure a trade system for municipal duties. The professional system shall be a total system and it shall include systems and modules for handling the invoice basis for municipal services and types of duties. The system shall support tax types such as property taxes, sanitation, sweeping and water and sewage. Limerick City and County Council is now seeking to appoint a Service Provider for Property and Land Valuation Consultancy Services to secure the acquisition of land and property necessary for the delivery of the N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project. This is a mini-competition call-off contract under TII159 Real Estate Consultancy Services Framework for the National Roads Programme with Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Local Authorities acting as Client. Notwithstanding the services detailed in the Service Requirements, the Consultant shall comply with all requirements of the TII159 Real Estate Consultancy Services Framework Agreement including TII159 Real Estate Consultancy Services Framework - Appendix 2 - List of Services. The Service Provider appointed under this commission shall provide Real Estate advice and services to the project team during the delivery of Phases 3, 4, 5 and 6, including all the services required of the Land and Property Valuers set out in the TII Publications and in accordance with the Service Requirements.

Framework agreement for valuation and financial due diligence.
Bankenes sikringsfond (BS) and the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (FT) are jointly carrying out this procurement (hereafter jointly referred to as the Contracting Authority). BS administers and manages the Norwegian deposit guarantee scheme and the deposit guarantee fund and assists the Financial Supervisory Authority as a resolution authority in accordance with the Financial Institutions Act. The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway is the Norwegian resolution authority for the financial sector, with responsibility for safeguarding financial stability and ensuring satisfactory handling of crisis events in the Norwegian financial market. The procurement is being carried out jointly to ensure that both institutions always have access to the necessary specialist competence and capacity within valuation and financial due diligence. The services shall be able to be ordered and used both in normal situations and at extraordinary events, including preparations, implementation and follow-up of crisis management measures and crisis management exercises. The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-5 tenderers for services within valuation and financial due diligence of Norwegian banks, including assistance and participation in crisis management exercises. The framework agreements will be valid for six years. The two service areas are: 1) Valuation: valuation of all or parts of a bank, including loan portfolios, immaterial assets, financial instruments etc., in accordance with relevant requirements under Norwegian law, EU rules and EBA guidance. The service also covers assistance related to valuation and crisis management, including crisis management exercises, advice and preparations for preventive measures, security measures and crisis management, stress tests and scenario analysis, as well as method development and tools for the execution of such measures.2) Financial due diligence: financial due diligence of all or parts of a bank, including any group companies. This involves a review of the bank's financial statements and an assessment of the bank's economic situation and financial position, including analysis of the balance sheet, loan portfolio, securities, derivatives, deposits and funding. The aim is to identify risks and provide a better basis for valuation and for BS's and FT's choice of measure. The framework agreements are not exclusive and the contracting authority reserves the right to make procurements outside of the framework agreement if there is a justifiable reason. We would like to use the procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for pipes and pipe parts within water and sewage and HVAC and sanitation. The tenderer shall be a full assortment wholesaler of pipes and pipe fittings for use within water and sewage and HVAC and sanitation, in accordance with the requirement specifications. Comments on the contract: Plastic manholes and fittings for manholes are a part of the agreement. The contracting authority can bypass the contract with the procurement of concrete manholes. The customer can bypass the contract for major project deliveries. This is when the products pipes and pipe parts make up a minimum of NOK 300,000, excluding VAT. The customer can bypass the contract with special orders, i.e. orders that are made, adapted or ordered according to the customer ́s specific wishes or needs. The Customer can leave the contract if the tenderer cannot deliver within maximum delivery times in accordance with the requirement specifications. Delivery deviations from the tenderer can be regulated in accordance with the contract. The contracting authority can bypass the contract for the procurement of an entire pumping stations/pressure boosting station. The Customer can leave the contract outside the contract where pipes and pipe fittings are only a part of the assignment where other service providers are responsible for the execution. E.g. excavation assignments, plumbing assignments, procurement of fire hydrant, establishment of emergency power generators for pressure increase stations/pumping stations etc. The customer can leave the contract in critical situations where the customer cannot wait for parts if the tenderer does not have them at local stores/times of crisis.

The procurement includes dismantling and handling waste of the current lifting equipment, as well as the delivery and assembly of new lifting equipment at Osmarka camp in Evenes municipality. A site inspection will be necessary for tenderers. One of the lifting equipment shall be replaced in connection with: signing the contract, whilst other lifting equipment makes up options that the contracting authority decides whether or not to be taken up after the contract has been signed.
