Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes. You only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period. The upgrade is active immediately.
Can I cancel at any time?
The minimum term is one year, with monthly payments possible. After the minimum term, cancellation is possible at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days free trial with full functionality. No credit card required.
What happens to my data when downgrading?
Your data is preserved. Features outside your new plan are deactivated but not deleted.
How does billing work for teams?
One invoice per company. Users can be added or removed at any time.
Are there discounts for startups or NGOs?

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
